St. Charles Flying Service a certified FAA part 141 Flight School capable of training Veterans, Alien student approved by SEVIS programs with M-​1 Visa’s utilizing courses from Sport Pilot through Airline Transport Pilots ratings. We are approved by the Missouri Department of Higher Education for all facits of pilot training. We have been in the flight training business sinc 1968.

In addition to a Flight School, we offer 24 hour Air Taxi Service along with aircraft maintenance and fuel service.

Established in 1968.

We are an FAA Approved Part 141 Flight School as well as a SEVIS Approved flight school able to issue M-​1 Visa’s to students to access flight training inside the USA. We are also a Certified Air Taxi operator licensed for hire to fly Charter within the entire USA twenty four hours a day. We are able to maintain aircraft owned by others as well as renting aircraft for individual use to enhance travel utilizing private aircraft. We have had the same management team inplace for more than 40 years.

Has operated as the President and CFO since hiring on and taking operational control in May of 1974. Currently administers all flight activities as well as operational control over an FAA approved flight and charter certificate autorized under guidence of the FAA and Department of Homeland Security. Has been brokering aircraft for more than 40 years.
