Highlighting the best features of a home and marketing the property where it really matters. In addition, I will help with staging the property so it looks it’s best if needed. Sometimes it doesn’t pay to make changes and just sell the property as is. Small things can make a big difference. For buyers, looking at the whole picture and determining what is best for the client. I pride myself with the over 30 years of experience of watching market trends, investing in real estate myself and living in a home that I feel comfortable in and I am proud of. My goal as a real estate agent is to best serve my clients needs and to assist them in obtaining their goals. I am patient, knowledgeable and want the best for my clients. I feel that my success is based on my clients success with me and their decision on a home. Together everyone wins.
History
Established in 1984.
In 1984 at the age of 19 I started working at Lamb Realtors in Woodland Hills. At the time I was a student at Pierce college and the manager of Lamb Realtors, Ann Fischer, was a friend of my mothers she influenced me into my real estate career and she was an excellent mentor. I am fortunate that I fell into a career that I enjoy and has lead me on a successful journey. Since Lamb Realtors, I worked in Sherman Oaks at Mike Glickman Realty which was super fun for many years! Mike Glickman Realty went Bankrupt (which didn’t surprise me as Mike was really generous his realtors, we had fun!) and then I joined Fred Sands Realtors, who then sold to John Douglas Realty who then sold to Coldwell Banker. Once joining Coldwell Banker I earned many awards for production in sales. In 1995, I got married and continued on my career path and in 1999 I had my first of two children. Real estate has given me the opportunity to balance work and family!
