History

Established in 1964.

The 2020 Building was originally built in the early to mid-​1960s in the historic Goose Hollow neighborhood and has been providing wonderful apartment homes to people from all over the world since that time. The actual lot where the building now sits was once the home of Portland native and journalist, John Reed, who wrote «Ten Days That Shook the World» and is the only American citizen buried in the Kremlin in Moscow.
