I love the food. All the chefs are excellent, and the variety from all over the country is amazing. Five stars for the food.
But.
The air conditioning in the venue is just not up to 1000 people plus staff plus chefs cooking. It’s hot and humid. This is our second year at that event and it’s definitely our last; we’ll do one of the dinners instead next year.
