Portland Headache Massage was founded by Aaron Allen LMT as an extension of his desire to expand awareness of, and access to orthopedic and rehabilitative massage. With more than ten thousand hours experience treating chronic pain and injury in a variety of clinical settings, Aaron sought a forum that would showcase his practice, as well as pass on the skill sets which have made him a success.

As Portland’s preeminent Headache Massage Specialist I have a practice centered around chronic pain and injury rehabilitation, though relaxation is often a direct result. Postural Assessment, and Movement Based Rehabilitative Care are my strategies, and therapies I employ are Deep tissue massage and Myofascial release, as well as Trigger point and Craniosacral therapies. Areas of specialization include Headache Relief and Intra-​oral Massage for the treatment of TMJ Disorder. With experience in a variety of clinical settings and a focus on integrating massage into the greater health care paradigm, my goal is to help clients move beyond pain and injury and into a healthier, more productive lifestyle. ~ Aaron Allen LMT
