Josh cured my wrist pain!
I had persistent wrist pain when rock climbing for at least a month, followed by taking about another month off from climbing with no improvement, before a friend recommended I go see Josh. Josh did in-​office Astym treatments and gave me wrist exercises to do at home. He told me to keep climbing in the mean time, while being mindful of my wrist and avoiding over aggravation. After about a month my wrist pain was gone!
Sarah at the front desk and Josh are both super friendly. Highly recommended.
