AEIOU&Y is about the exploration of the language of the senses. We offer a variety of classes, individual sessions, consultations and conversations, taught and conducted by Lynn.

The six senses of the body are the core sensations of our existence. Without them we would have no impressions, feelings or context. Our senses have their own language. Sight, sound, sent, touch, taste and intuition are the living forces behind each and every experience; just as the vowels of the alphabet are the living force behind the spoken and written communication.

Our senses inform our body; they tell the body how it is feeling and what it is feeling. Our senses and our emotions are inextricably linked. They are in constant partnership operating continuously as we move though our day. They are the way we participate within our world.

We believe that a healthy person, a well being, a happy and curious person, understands the influences their senses have on them.

Meet the Business Owner

Lynn G.

Business Owner

Lynn (MSW) appreciates life, perceptions and the senses. She has studied language, etymology, translation and conceptual forms of communication. She has a background in health, medicine and healing that expands over 20 years. She draws on her life’s experience, previous practice as a social worker, and education in many varied healing modalities. Lynn knows the depth and magnitude of the healing properties of light, color, plants, trees, geometry and sound. These abundant elements were the first and foundational medicines on the planet and Lynn seeks to bring to her clients the purest qualities of each of these natural gifts. She believes that curiosity and awareness are at the beginning of all healing. Lynn has a different approach in considering health, the body, the psyche and the therapeutic language of the senses. Her practice is founded on the commitment to support the intelligences and wisdom of the body, its senses, and the plant and the mineral kingdoms.
