I’ve gone to both the bootcamps as well as Animal Athletics personal training sessions. I starting noticing results pretty quickly. I’m stronger and my speed on my runs has improved. Willie McBride is coaching me to finish Mt. Hood 50 in July 2014. I’ve run 6 marathons with no coaching and thought I had all the skills to get run a 50 miler. I realized that I need expert advice and turned to the guys that have successfully run ultra marathons and trained other runners.
I highly recommend Animal Athletics.
