Disappointed in poor workmanship and customer service. I have been using Arch Fitters since 2006. This store manager, Michael M. sold my husband and I shoes that didn’t fit once our insert were placed in them. Yes, our inserts were with us. He also ordered my husband a hiking boot that doesn’t fit. Both he and I wear a 2E. He sold and ordered us a normal width shoe. The shoes don’t even come in a wide. Now he won’t refund us. Yes, the district manager will be getting a call as well as the Better Business Bureau and my insurance.

I stopped into Arch fitters at mall 205 for the 1st time because I was having trouble with my feet, they are always in pain from standing all day at work. I bought some inserts for my shoes and have been very happy with them. Thank you Michael for all your great help.

I visited Arch Fitters because I was having trouble walking for more than a few hours. Jonathan did an excellent job evaluating my feet. Michael was very knowledgable also, in explaining plantar fasciitis, which is the cause of most of my pain. I bought my custom orthotics and the Brooks shoes and I have been very satisfied. I am on my feet all day at my current job, and my feet feel much better, due to the help I received from Michael, Jonathan and Arch Fitters.

I had an excellent experience at Arch Fitters. The store manager Michael McGregor was thorough with his exam of my feet and explained the procedure and my options in language that I understood. He appeared very knowledgeable about my condition and was able to educate me about what I could do now to slow the deterioration and above all reduce the pain. He understood I was working on a budget since my insurance doesn’t cover orthotics and was able to give me several options. In the future I would definitely refer my friends and family to Arch Fitters and specifically Michael McGregor.
