After having an unfortunate issue regarding a return request, I received a call from the manager Greg. He really stepped up to the plate. Greg wanted to make everything right, and he stated that his company really cared about its reputation. I have to say this is service recovery at its finest. Thanks to Greg, I would definitely buy from Audio Geeks again!

Used their online service to purchase Marshall speaker for almost 100 bucks cheaper than amazon. Customer service was awesome and you speak to humans (what a refreshing change)! Shipping was super fast to NY. All around awesome experience!

Greg Rice and his staff were extremely rude and unprofessional to me just because I wanted to do a refund .
Greg and his staff both threatened me with a penalty fee for item that I never even received if I wanted to do a refund.
Greg did not need to raise his voice or threaten me or hang up on me without saying goodbye.
This is a copy of the email that you sent to me apologizing once he found out I was trying to call to tell his boss how he talked to me.
They held my return money for days before they put it back in my account.

Ordered some headphones for over $ 100 cheaper than any where else i could find online. came in 2days from when it was shipped and so far so good. if any one tells me they are looking for headphones i will be sending them here

TL: dr — No BS. Good prices that are REAL. Overall excellent experience, even with some product glitches that weren’t AudioGeeks’ fault.

AudioGeeks is Great! I just wanted to get that out of the way.
I got a pair of bluetooth headphones for myself for Christmas — the Phiaton Chord MS 530 that I like a lot, but they had a problem (more on that later).
AudioGeeks had the best price I could find online by about $ 50, AND they were including a free hard case (that I don’t use, but still!), AND they had free two-​day shipping. I decided to take a change on them after not finding anything negative about them online. I’m glad I did.
The headphones showed up exactly when I expected them to. AudioGeeks VERY NICELY sets you up with UPS email alerts on the shipping, so you don’t even really have to do any checking. UPS just tells you when it ships, when it gets to your area, and when it is out for delivery.
Packaging was great. The headphones were brand new (honestly for a price that was $ 50 less than Amazon, or B&H, or others, I was half expecting refurbished headphones), sealed, and well packed.
The headphones were awesome UNTIL I noticed that battery life was waaaaaaayy lower than what they should have been — about 6 hours instead of 30. I would have been happy with about 15 as that would cover all my commuting for the week.
I called Audio Geeks a couple times, got a machine on the first try — but I’m 3 hours ahead and I can’t remember if it early my time the first time I called.
When I got in touch with them, they were very polite, and recommended I call the Phiaton help folks to see about resets or other measures to rectify the problem. (I thought maybe I was getting the run around at first, but then the gentleman on the phone said that if Phaiton couldn’t help I could certainly exchange the headphones with Audio Geeks.)
Turns out that was the truth.
A very special bonus for me, was that the AudioGeeks guy did not treat me like an idiot, by trying to ask probing questions about whether or not I was charging the headphones, or knew how to turn them off correctly etc. (In anticipation of this, I did some full-​charging (or what should have been full) and took notes regarding usage, on/​off times, etc., but never needed the «proof.» It was nice to be believed.
I was worried about spending a long time trying to get in touch with Phiaton, but a human answered the phone there and never even transferred me, just tried to help. So, bonus points for not sending me into a hell of robotic voices and recursive menu systems.
Phiaton figured out that things weren’t working right, and to THEIR credit, they didn’t give me the run-​around about charging and what-​not as well. The woman on the phone said, «Those should get about 30 hours, not 6. There’s something wrong with them.»
I did let AudioGeeks know that I wanted to do an exchange after the call, and they said to just ship the bad ones over and they would send another pair out to me.
You know what, that’s what happened! I’m pretty sure they even shipped the new pair back to me either the same day they got the bad ones, or the next morning. That kind of turn-​around time for exchanges is UNHEARD of for online retailers.
I WILL definitely buy from AudioGeeks again in the future, and my friends and family should probably start expecting Audio-​related gifts for birthdays and events for a while.

Purchased a pair of Astros a50 from audio
because my boyfriend broke his other Astros and I saw the price was on sale for $ 270 instead of $ 300 and they don’t tax you. At first I was skeptical as of why it’s so cheap and Astros never go on sale but I couldn’t resist the good deal, $ 270 no tax and free 2 day shipping when I received it, it was delivered on time, securely packaged the definitely the real deal. So satisfied with my purchase, will be making more purchases in the future. Oh yeah, their products sell out quick. I ordered the Astros at 10 am and came back at 5 pm and they were out of stock.

This was my first pair of real headphones (not the free iphone headphones) and the staff at Audio Geeks could not have been more knowledgeable or friendly. Not knowing exactly what I wanted they definitely helped me out! The store has a great space for testing out headphones and listening to see what you really want! Great location too right in the pearl easy to get to. Excellent selection I might add of various headphone types and brand for you to choose. I ended up going with the Beats Solo headphones, they look great, feel great, and sound great! Thanks!

I wasn’t sure which headphones to get and since I live in Portland I went in the store for help. They were so nice! Ryan walked me through my options and not being an audiophile, I needed and appreciated the help I got. I tried on more than a few pair, picked an over the ear set and got a great price. So happy with my choice! I am now blissfully unaware of any ambient noise in my office and loving the ability to concentrate on my tunes. Oh, I mean my work.
