History
Established in 2002.
Daniel Nguyen and his mother, Lan Quach, founded Bambuza Vietnam Bistro after deciding that they wanted to start an authentic Vietnamese restaurant inspired by family recipes. Now, Bambuza in Portland is run by Daniel, his wife Katherine and their family. They take great pride in bringing their native cuisine to their home in Oregon.
