Baskin Robbins

Can’t really review this Baskin Robbins because, in spite of the posted hours, the fact that it was 8 pm on a Friday night, and the employees standing inside talking, the store was closed and empty. Odd and annoying. Won’t bother going back, since there doesn’t seem to be a point to having business hours if you aren’t going to do business.

They’ve always had one of the best selections of ice cream. Ever since I was a child I’ve loved coming here. But now with all these other shops around they’ve been surpassed in my book.

Well I do usually like this place but they just took away their Tuesday Family night special which is LAME! Also, they are open on Thanksgiving which I feel is a little crazy but that’s besides the point. The girls that work there are sweet and friendly and never give us hassle when our 2 year old makes a mess but she’s pretty cute so… We used to hit up this place weekly but we will be re-​thinking that now. Still a good place but I’d rather make the trip to Cool Moon.

It’s a standard issue ice cream shop serving tons of flavors that are a lot of fun. They don’t mind my indecisive taste testing. It’s hard to pick from the frozen yogurt section when they have so many fun ice cream flavors.

It’s your standard ice cream, what can I say.
Baskin Robbins has always been a go-​to and they have a ton of flavors to choose from.
With all the delicious ice cream places popping up in Portland one would not think of coming here… but it IS across the street from me, and if I am craving ice cream… it will surely satisfy.
Come here on a Tuesday 5-​close for the cheap scoop night. Kid cone for $ 1 or regular cone for $ 1.75
Tried out a confetti cake ice cream of sorts the other night and it was heaven! Pair that with a half scoop of cookie dough and you’re set!
With all the awesome rotating flavors they have, a little dissapointed that they don’t have as many low fat/​fat free/​sugar free type options. I guess if you’re wanting ice cream that’s probably not what you’re worried about :)

Well, it’s a chain, but the bagel place next door was closed… and I’ve never met an ice cream I didn’t like. Nothing out of the ordinary, but still classic and yummy.

Great icecream and icecream cakes. A classic.
