Ben send us over 30 emails from his
email address both during and after to our occupancy of a space owed by his dad from Stark Street group. We don’t have any other contact information for Ben.
Upon the mutual termination of the lease by both parties, Ben emailed us 27 pages of invoices from his Bencocre email address. The invoices included close to $ 1,900 worth of invoices for a basement we didn’t occupy. According to Ben, he was going to turn us into a collection agency, stating «Please let me know if are not going to pay your outstanding balance so I can turn your file over to collections.» I sent him 4 emails after receiving this message asking for clarification on why we were being charged for areas we didn’t occupy. I have also sent emails to the attorney who sent us a collection notice asking for Ben to contact me. I have also asked Ben’s attorney to have Ben contact us.
I have rated Ben as 5 stars giving him the benefit of the doubt that he will FINALLY respond to my emails asking for information.
We are looking forward to resolving this issue.

What can be said that hasn’t already? Professional? courteous? Sometimes it’s hard to get everything in writing prior occupying a space, I would certainly recommend that prudent behavior.
