Burlington Tower

Amazing building with spacious apartments, helpful staff and ideal location in the Pearl. Maintenance requests were always completed promptly, and the monthly building happy hour was a nice perk. Would highly recommend this building.

I lived at the Burlington Tower for 5 years and now my job has moved me to New York City and every day I miss the Burlington. EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. The Burlington Tower is the best place to live in Portland if you want to rent an apartment. Tonya leads the best staff and you feel like you are home from the minute you walk through the door. I can’t wait to move back to Portland and to live back at The Burlington. Trust me if you are looking for an apartment in Portland the best place to live is The Burlington!

Extremely well run and immaculate building. Very spacious and bright apartments. This building is run more like a condominum. The staff is extremely gracious and helpful. You cannot beat the location in the Pearl. We loved our time in Portland and in The Burlington Tower! A+

After my retirement as a physician living in Bellingham, WA, my wife and I wanted to re-​experience Portland. We decided to try to find a rental in NW Portland, specifically the Pearl district. My wife did all the research before renting, which was quite the endeavor, as each block within the Pearl can be quite different with respect to vibe, noise, sunlight and restaurants. We researched a dozen or so apts online but either they didn’t fit-​the-​bill or they had no vacancies. We eventually discovered that we had somehow overlooked the Burlington Towers as we thought it was a condominium building. We inquired and the unit available for us, as it turned out, is PERFECT! It is a SW facing corner 2 Brm unit with great light, views of Jamison Park, the SW hills and a peakaboo view of Mt Hood. The building is immaculate and ALL the staff, from managers to maintenance are top notch! The apts are well insulated and we never hear the neighbors. I use the gym on the first floor every day and never have to wait for a machine. It is an ideal place from a transportation standpoint as I can walk to Amtrak or catch the MAX to the airport. We are right on the streetcar lines too. So, in conclusion, we are VERY content here and for the time are no longer looking for a condo in the area.

I should have done this sooner… we loved living at the Burlington for 2 ½ years and only moved because we bought a place. We looked at ALL of the apt bldgs in the area and since all are comparable in price, some bldgs have more to offer than others. Especially being one of the ONLY apt bldgs that has concrete floors, thus eliminating noise from other tenants. Location is very important and this bldg is close to everything. The PO and Train noise can be challenging at times, but it’s all part of urban living. The management staff is awesome and will go above and beyond to help with any issues.

I stayed here a month (#917) as I transitioned from LA to Portland. It’s a great location in the Pearl right across the street from Lovejoy Bakery. The building is clean and well maintained, the staff is very nice, and there’s a gym on the 1^st floor.
