I called them for a bathroom remodel, they never returned my call. I guess they don’t need my business.

Cage did a bathroom remodel, installed a sliding glass door, and did some odd projects for me. Without a doubt, i wouldn’t hire anyone else to work on my house. His pricing is competitive and reasonable. His work is extraordinary. Peoples mouths drop open when they see the tile work that he did in my tub. He’s very meticulous. No shortcuts were taken. He definitely cares about doing the job the right way. He’s a super nice guy and I’d recommend him to anyone.

This guy is amazing! We’ve lived in our attic loft in a century-​old house in NW Portland for 15+ years and we knew our quirky-​spaced bathroom needed an update at some point, but due to an emergency shower leak into our neighbor’s condo below, that realization happened much quicker than we had anticipated.
We called around a handful of general contractors to get some estimates and either everyone was booked for months or not up to the challenge, leaving us a bit freaked. Finally we made contact with Cage and he just happened to have some immediate free time. We had a budget and a general concept. But we also soon found out that our entire bathroom had to be gutted and rebuilt from beneath the floor up, potentially leaving us without a bathroom for more than a month! Daily showers we could work around, but thankfully Cage made sure we were only without the commode for 3 days! Hello Hotel!
Cage took our artistic concept, and offered suggestions and ideas to keep us in our budget while still maintaining our «vision», and explained everything that needed to be done in a reasonable time frame. We live in an open space of 700 sq ft and Cage needed to set up a workspace for a wet saw, compressor, materials, etc and he built a makeshift tent to keep the dust/​mess to a minimum. That man is a champ!
Even though we continued to live there during the reconstruction, we also trusted him so much that we gave him a key to come and go as he needed without us there and each day he cleaned up his mess, hauling away refuse down three flights of stairs to his vehicle. He went above and beyond.
It makes sense this man is an engineer. His details and precision are perfect! He’s a very friendly and calm dude, with great innovative ideas and his craftsmanship is unparalleled. Our new bathroom is not only waterproof, but also eye-​popping and has increased our investment and value to this property immensely!
I hope Cage will always be around and if I ever embark on another renovation, he is definitely getting my business. I cannot say enough good things about this guy! We actually feel privileged to have such a brilliant bathroom and now shower with wild abandon! We show off our bathroom to everybody and everyone responds with «Wow! Cool!»

We had a couple of small remodeling projects that we just don’t have the time or the expertise to do. His knowledge and suggestions were good plus his price is very fair. He is tidy and conscientious about his workspace and solidly reliable! I’d recommend him to all my friends.

Cage recently built a breakfast nook bench in our kitchen. It was a tight space and he actually made it look bigger. I am very impressed with the design, craftsmanship and his attention to all details — especially helping us make the best decisions based on our budget. I will definitely recommend Cage to anyone and will look to him again in the near future for our other projects.

Cage came back a few weeks ago to open the access to our sizable but hard-​to-​reach closet in our master bedroom. He did another fantastic job and we are extremely pleased with the results, installing wardrobes and re-​framing the opening. He matched the trim to the original style on the other doors in the bedroom perfectly.
Seriously, if you need wood work done you cannot go wrong with Cage. He also did some custom tile and cabinet work for my co-​worker who was very pleased with the results.
