History

Established in 1976.

Started as a floorcovering specialty shop in 1976, we have seen our Tigard community grow from a small bedroom community to a thriving city. During that time we have survived several recessions due to our reputation for customer service. Our methods must be working as we have won Angie’s Super Service Award four years running.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Started working in a small carpet shop in the summer of 1961 and continued to do so while attending PSU. After military service, I worked for a large floor covering shop in Beaverton. In 1976, started Carpet Classics.

Have been married to the same woman for 46 years, and we have boys, and two grandchildren.
