Small, comfortable space. One outdoor picnic table that is dog friendly. Excellent selection of beers(cider and wine too). You can even see what’s upcoming on the board too. Small, but well curated selection of bottles and cans with a lot of local, upcoming brews.

Cute little location with good beer selection and they even have some wine, and kombucha! I don’t *think* they had games, but they should consider getting some board games :) Although, it was a pretty small location so I can see it just concentrating on the tastings.

Excellent selection of brews(and some wine) and the service is impeccable. Would recommend to everyone and anyone who enjoys beer. Fun atmosphere.

Such a great space and great selection of beer. They are always friendly and have a good soccer game or other event on if you so choose. Only ding is for not enough variety on draft. A little IPA heavy. Would love more saisons, sours, barrel aged beers, or seasonals.

Open aired building with a side parking lot along with street parking. Pretty nice place especially since they welcome dogs. Nice selection on tap and tv monitors to watch the games. No sour beers but the beers were pretty good none the less.

Love the beer, style of the space and the bartenders. Great place to sit and relax and watch tv. They let you bring in any food and cha cha cha is next door.

I love this FIRKIN place =D Chill n Fill is my go to place for all my beer ever since they opened up. FILL your growler, buy some bottles and/or cans to take home or just CHILL and sip on a pint or two. Guys that work there are super cool and the place has a nice CHILL atmosphere. They usually have about 22 beers on tap 2 of which are nitro taps and then about 4 – 5 ciders and 2 – 3 wines. Free pretzels and you can also order some pizza from Louie’s and they’ll deliver. If you live in NoPo or anywhere close you gotta hit this place up.

My favorite growler fill station! The selection and service are top notch. A couple of blocks from my house, too. I hear they are trying to provide an area outdoors for summertime sipping — excellent!

I think this is a great place. The good: Multiple rotating taps, fantastic digital pour system, straight forward products you will love. Reasonable prices for a fair, honest service I want. The bad: I can only drink so much beer. This is not a martini bar. That being said, it is not trying to be so no need to be disappointed! This is exactly what it should be: Beer, pretzels and more beer! The owners are really nice, they will let you try things and are actually happy to be there(what a concept: owners at their establishments being social and still excited!). Go, You will like it, bring a growler, leave with beer. Don’t like growlers? Buy some bottles instead. No matter what I challenge you to leave without a smile on your face.

Seven Brides tasting was a good time. Enjoyed chatting with the brewers and had a good laugh learning about a new festival that is not to far from the brewery in Silverton. Guess Mt Angel has decided to name their new event Sausage Fest :) If you have’t been to Chill n Fill for a pint or a growler fill, you should. The owners Paul & Steve are a great addition to the University Park neighborhood. Excellent rotating tap selection and great pricing. They don’t serve food, but you can bring your own, so grab some tacos at Cha, Cha, Cha on your way in. Oh, wait, maybe you shouldn’t stop by! I might lose my spot at the bar :(

Super excited about this place. Great addition to the Portsmouth neighborhood growing collection of restaurants and hipper bars. We tried the Moonstalker porter– delicious! and the Cider riot blackberry cider. My only recommendation is that they find a way to serve some food, maybe soups and sandwiches? Something simple that wouldn’t require a full kitchen but would be an addition to their awesome selection of beers, wine and ciders.

Awesome spot in NoPo with great beer selection, chill vibe, and of course fill n go option. Most important aspect is two owners are local, passionate about the shop, and very good at connecting with every customer that comes through their doors!

I’m lucky enough to live around the corner from this fine establishment. Paul and Steve are certified badasses. They enjoy their job and it translates into the entire business. Chill N Fill is welcoming, clean and the two owners are always willing to try their hardest to get a requested beer on tap. They get new beers on tap every week and the prices are the best in Portland for a growler fill place. Happy hour is great. The TVs are great for sports fans such as myself. No food yet but it’s in the works. This place is like a fine wine(which they also have on tap). It’ll just get better with age. Excited to see this place grow. Do yourself a favor and stop in. The company is as good as the beer!

Cool place to grab pints, hang out, watch a game, eat complimentary pretzels. They rotate about 24 taps of beer, wine, cider. No food, but welcome the Louie’s Pizza across the way, they’ll deliver it. Or, bring in your own. TVs are placed weirdly, but they’re there. I mean, it’s not a sports bar. Owners are interactive and fun to chat with. Getting their bottle selection revved up, too. Clean, new construction. Good prices and they move beer, look for specials, $ 1.50, etc. Great job with offering a deal.

The bad news: one of my tires blew out and I ended up needing a set of four new ones. The good news: waiting for my car to get new tires enabled me to test out Chill N Fill for the first time! This bar is a great addition to the University Park neighbirhood in North Portland. They offer a wide selection of beers on tap as well as five hard ciders and even a few wines. As I am a hard cider drinker I tried the Fox Tail and the Cascasdia. Both were on the dry side and super tasty. My husband was pleased with the two beers he ordered. We were offered a bowl of pretzels to snack on and were excited to hear that they will soon be partnering with Louie’s Pizza to provide more food to the bar. They will take your order at the bar and then Louie’s delivers. Pizza and beer… yay! The bar has a really awesome electronic ordering screen. It gives you a bunch of information about the products including price and alcohol content. Each tap listing even has an image of a keg that changes color to indicate how much is left in the tap. The screen even has social media features allowing bar patrons to check in(not on Unilocal yet) and post Instagram photos. I will for sure be coming to this bar when I find myself in the neighborhood. My husband and I may start getting into ordering growlers. Chill N Fill has a loyalty program which makes for some great deals on beer and cider.

The two guys that run the place are so welcoming and friendly. We were only planning on checking it out and having a beer, but we ended up staying longer than expected. It was comfortable, cozy, and they were playing Thursday Night Football. So perfect. They have TV screens that list each of their 27 beers on tap and display how much they have left in each keg(like Bailey’s Taproom downtown). They also have a few ciders and some wine to choose from. I am so pleased with this awesome addition to NoPo. P. S. Do not listen to the guy who actually objects to having TV’s to watch the football game at a place that sells beer. That is just ridiculous.

Went into this new pub/growler shop for a beer. Really nice inside and the two dudes working were friendly and enthusiastic about beer. The space is a lot cleaner and a bit on the modern side compared to other offerings in the neighborhood. Besides the 20+ beers they have on tap they also had cask wines and a few ciders on tap. Prices were very reasonable. I’ll be back to try more beers soon! PS: Not much in the way of food but you can go to Cha Cha Cha next door and bring it in with you.
