Chunky Subs

Fantastic service with a smile. There sandwiches are made to order, and are delicious! The simple «Spicy sandwich» with breaded jalapenos and onions on your choice of meat with cilantro and spicy mayonnaise is a decadent treat. While not the healthiest meal on earth; it’s taste will make you forget all that.

Took me awhile to try this place. Burritos looked good but I’m usually partial to the traditional Mexican trucks and was a little weary of this one but after a lack luster experience from Chopollos and the Mexican joint right next to Chunky subs I decided to give this one a go as I was in a burrito mood. Had the Sautéed Steak Burrito (5.50) and was pleasantly surprised. Nice flavor (even the rice), generous portion of steak and overall size was your normal size food truck burrito (slightly larger then a chipotle burrito). Only down fall (for me anyways) is there were a little too many green peppers for my liking (I hate peppers tho. so if you like peppers you probably wouldn’t have a problem). Next time I’ll remember to have those excluded from my burrito. Service wise the worker wasn’t overly friendly or engaging but was very nice. I asked him what he’d recommend and the 1^st thing he said was the burritos which that’s where i was leaning anyways so it tipped me totally to that direction and obviously was a good choice.
This truck is worth a shot if you’re in the mood for a burrito and are growing tired of Chopollos or that other place. dang it… can’t remember the name. tequila something i think. i dunno. it’s right next to chunky subs. whatever…

The fries here are amazing! I wasn’t impressed with the cheesy fries, though. Stick with the classic.

Really good food. I had myself a chicken spicy jalapeño sub. Salty and spicy with a creamy sauce.

Had the Roast beef/​pineapple/​avacado sub. it was grilled and soooo yummy. I wish I would’ve taken a picture but ate it so quickly as it was 2 before i got to lunch. Highly recommend this food cart.

Had the turkey basil sandwich. It was tasty but nothing special, took ~10min for the order.

Great pastas and love the clubhouse grille. Highly recommend stopping by. Spend around 6 bucks for good food can’t go wrong
