I had new carpeting installed in my bedrooms and had such a great experience that I just had to share! The customer service was amazing. It was easy to pick the carpet with their expert help. The installers were so good too. They arrived on time, worked really hard and were cool guys. I will definitely go back to Classique Floors the next time I need flooring.
I also love their commitment to sustainability.

Classified Floors has a great selection of flooring, tile & countertop options. With our recent kitchen makeover we discovered a countertop option to granite or Quartz at a fraction of the cost and the same great look. The contractor that fabricated and installed the new countertop did an excellent job! We also purchased tile & flooring from Classique and were able to take advantage of their Spring Sale. We have been very satisfied with our experience with Classique Floors and would highly recommend doing business with them.

Really appreciated Mark’s attention to detail and patience with pricing our hard wood floor — big job and went with Acacia which was a lot of $$$$.
We didn’t go with them, but the only reason was technicalities and our personal time crunch — we really trusted and appreciated Mark’s bid, details of house inspection, help with material selection and details of caring for these. We learned a lot.
I think if we had not been pressed for time and already behind schedule, we would have gone with these folks.
Beside Acacia, we saw our favorite Oak floor and got the best COMPLETE price here.
We plant to go back here for future projects.

I recently had 2 rooms of carpet installed by Classique Floors. I was not happy with the customer service, so I gave them a bad review. To my amazement the owner Judith H checked into all of my complaints, and actually called me to discuss them. One by one she went through them with me. Our main problem was the lack of customer service. After my issues were discussed I hung up with a very good feeling about Classique Floors. I manage an apartment building in Portland, and have seen a fair share of flooring installers. I started using Classique in March 2011. I was impressed with their work, the cost, and their professionalism. I have since used them 6 more times, and have no intentions of changing to another company any time soon. They have a beautiful showroom with tons of samples. The staff is outstanding and the prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring at a fair price!

We wandered into Classique Floors last Saturday which happened to be their Annual Sale where everything was marked down 15% or more. At first we thought it was likely a gimmick (sorry to be so cynical). But it turned out it was the real deal. Complete with a spin the wheel for goodies, snacks, drinks, and cookies! Our sales person was Carly and she was awesome. We explained that we were shopping for replacement tile in a small bathroom. We didn’t want vinyl and wanted to coordinate with the existing tile in the bathroom as best as possible since it was not in our budget to remodel the entire bath right now. Carly was very understanding of our budget and what might match well. She helped us look at all kinds of options for us in our price range. We found one we liked and she wrote up the estimate. But I was not 100% sure. So we left to shop around more. During our shopping that day, we found another tile at another store I liked better but thought I recalled seeing this same product at Classique. I called Carly because Classic was just so awesome to ask if she could get the same tile. She said I’ll check and call you back — which she did almost immediately. She was able to get the exact same tile for me and also since it was their sale day I got 20% off! As I hung up the phone, I thought could it really have been that easy? I felt like we pushed the easy button at Staples! I’m sold… they will always be my first stop. FYI — their price was LESS than Lowes on the same product by almost ½. The owners should be very proud! What an awesome place… if you’re on the other side of town make the drive — it’s worth it!

I stopped in because I needed a «nose piece». The salesman looked through his scraps and found a piece that would work for me, and gave it to me gratis. Then I asked his advise on carpet cleaning, and his suggestion was easy, inexpensive and worked great. The receptionist was quite friendly.

We had floors in a large kitchen, eating, laundry uitility area, carpet in the family room, quartz counter tops with a tile backsplash it is all stunning! I never dreamed my home would look so put together and coordinated but still be my home! Judy kept me focused but let the choices be ours and have the color I love.
The gentlemen that did the various installations, are ture artists of their crafts!
It has been a great experience. We are looking forward to doing the remaining floor areas next year. We will be back!

A year after work was completed some issues arose with the laminate flooring that was installed. The Classique team, especially the owner, was extremely helpful in working with us and we were able to reach an amicable resolution to the problem.

The sign of a good company is that they have good products at a good price. A sign of an excellent company is how they respond when there is an issue with their product or service. We’ve purchased carpeting and laminate flooring from Classique and both experiences were positive. The laminate floor had issues because we installed it in a basement and Classique floors had to come out twice after install because the floor swelled and then there were moisture issues. The staff at Classiqie are wonderful. They are knowledgable, professional, on time, honest and they are committed to providing complete customer satisfaction. I have more rooms that need flooring and after working with Classique, i wouldn’t even consider shopping anywhere else.
