So good! Creative and amazingly exciting for a not-​your-​average-​dog! They’re the best wieners around! All of the ingredients are super fresh and put together really well.
There’s innovative stuff going on here! Mention «da Bears» for an extra high five!

Their menu looks great, but I guess I’ll never know what the food tastes like because THEY’RE NEVER OPEN!
The website says 11 – 4. Monday thru Saturday. Easy enough right? That’s only 5 hours a day. Yet everytime I go, they’re closed. My most recent trip was today (Monday, 2÷1÷2016) at 2:30 and they weren’t open. I’ve tried on AT LEAST two other occasions during business hours and had the same problem.

We walked past Clutch Prime Sausagery a few times, around a long queue each time and thought, ‘there must be something good about this place’ — and there was. A little nervous in the queue that we’d order the right hot dog — but I don’t think it matters, they all look good, taste different, are low cost, quick and enjoyable.

Loved the flavor of the duck sausage. The only downside was how messy it was due to the casing on the sausage. It was really tough to bite into. I had to hold the sausage with my hands to tear off a bite. Worth the effort but my friend demolished his cheeseburger dog in a fraction of the time. The flavor was a homerun though, I’ll give it another shot!

I visit Clutch at least once a week and have eaten many of these sausages. Every single one has been amazing, and keeps me frequently returning.
Clutch is – without a doubt – the finest food cart on the block and represents the kind of quality that I’d love to see in every cart. It’s a simple idea that offers something unique to the area.
Do not dismiss this place as a hot dog stand. It’s so much more than that.
