Specialties

We focus on the cuisine of Piedmont, Italy, and we specialize in wine and food pairings. Each dinner item lists a suggested wine pairing, which is available in half or full glass. We do have wines from around the world, with a list of over 200 wines. Full bar and beer also available!

History

Established in 2005.

For over six years as Vino Paradiso Wine Bar & Bistro, wine was our main focus until we re-branded, re-freshed, and re-opened on Sept. 1, 2011 as, simply, Coppia. Our new focus is on the cuisine of Piedmont, in Northwestern Italy, and we have a HUGE passion for pairing wine and food. Each menu item has the perfect wine pairing suggestion.

Wine from around the world are available from our 200+ bottle list, and 40+ glass list. Cocktails and beer are proudly served, as well.

Or, try our fresh fish, locally sourced from Oregon.

Coppia will continue to focus on the Piedmont themes of the Slow Food Movement — the preservation of traditional and regional cuisine — with the Northwest focus of the local sourcing of food and the promotion of the area’s economy.

Finally, and most importantly, «Coppia» will continue to develop its theme of «couple» or «pairing», by providing expert and delicious wine selections with our superior food. Our sommol
