Core Realtors

I’ve had one apartment from Core Realtors, and it’ll be two years this July. They’ve been a legitimately great rental company. First off, no rent raises as of yet, or anything like that. I’m already paying a pretty decent chunk to be exactly where I want, so a rent increase would be most unwelcome. But beyond that, they are very responsive to maintenance requests, usually doing next-​day service. Very nice to know that they are just a holler away. And interaction with the company usually only happens during those times if you don’t count the automated rent reminders, which do come in handy for providing me with a specific link to go pay rent. It’s all very well done and I’m glad they’re responsive to my needs while also generally just leaving me alone. Best of both worlds, very recommended.
