Curt Lafferty’s Permanent Cosmetics

I’m «older» and as a result, I have lost much of my eyebrow hair. I didn’t think that permanent cosmetic eyebrows could look natural. After doing some Googling and looking at Curt’s site, I decided to talk to him. He’s well experienced with 10 years of providing permanent cosmetics. He’s also a painter and has some beautiful pieces one can enjoy in his offices. Speaking of offices – beautifully professional. It feels like a well-​done doctor’s office but personable and warm. I am so pleased with his work and it does look natural. At 66 I now have eyebrows again. Who knew!

Let me start off by saying I was very nervous to pick «the right» person to TATTOO on my face!!! I did so much research living in Vancouver, Wa. I had a few options but soon found out In Oregon they have better certifications for perm makeup artists. I met with a few people and Curt was «the one». He was educated and professional!
I used to put my brows on daily and felt so ugly without them and Curt made me feel beautiful again! Let me tell you NO BODY knows I have them tattooed and I have my confidence restored!!! They are amazing and he was so kind and talented! I would think twice. Pick Curt Lafferty!

I originally picked Curt due to his background in fine art (which he proudly displays in his cosmetic tattoo parlor). For me, it was very important that a tattoo artist knows how to «paint» natural hair strokes rather than produce a solid «stamped on brow» look. I am extremely satisfied with Curt’s skills, professionalism and friendliness.
I had my eyebrows enhanced two years ago and feel the results continue to get better with time. The strokes have softened which produces a natural feathered look under my eyebrow hair. I was originally a bit picky with the shape but Curt was always accommodating and worked with what I wanted.
I just came back for a post two-​year touch up and it was again a pleasant experience. Once you get the original procedure from him, future touch ups are very affordable. I’m glad I made the initial investment in picking Curt Lafferty.

WOW! So gentle! I have never experienced such professionalism, expertise and skill! I called Curt about a week beforehand and he was so patient with all my questions, he made sure to ask about exactly what I wanted and because of his professionalism over the phone and previous glowing reviews, I booked with him. Today was a fantastic experience! I went in and talked with him early, he made sure to let me know everything to expect as it healed and for my follow up appointment. Curt was WONDERFUL in giving me time to take a few deep breaths and relax beforehand, he could tell I was nervous. He made sure to numb the area with a topical cream really well, by the time he started I really couldn’t even feel much at all! He repeatedly checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was doing alright, that I was comfortable. He was a perfectionist when it came to making sure that my eyeliner was perfect and I could not be more pleased. It looks GREAT! I will never go anywhere else. I cannot recommend this wonderful man enough, he is an absolute pro! A+++ experience! Thank you Curt! :)

Curt is an artist and master! He is experienced, professional and kind. His confidence and experience were the perfect combination for success. I highly recommend him for your permanent makeup needs. Curt is amazing! I was nervous when I went in for tattooed eyeliner. He not only put me at ease but he was so gentle it didn’t even hurt. I have had the best experience… and wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone! Great job Curt! You rock!

I give Curt 100% recommendation. He is very professional, friendly and his work is wonderful. I have so much trust in his ability. I was very nervous about using permanent makeup and wanted to go to someone who I could trust. I found Curt and read many good reviews on him. I had my first session with him and left very happy. I never ever really give reviews but I am making this one exception. I feel strongly about the difference that using permanent makeup has made for me. I didn’t have much money to spend but wanted to see some improvement in my appearance and I am so happy that I made such a wise decision to try permanent makeup. It has made all the difference in how I look and feel about myself for such a great price. I recommended my sister and she had the same work done with Curt. She is also very happy with it! Being a natural blonde my eyebrows are also blonde. If I wanted to look like I had any eyebrows at all, I always had to color them in each morning. It’s a bit of a nuisance, especially if you happen to wipe your brow… oops then your AM fill in is smeared, and not so attractive.
So before my wedding last year, I decided it was time to do something more permanent.
I did my research online and saw that Curt Lafferty has amazing reviews, and decades of experience. When I spoke with him on the phone he sounded like a terrific guy as well.
I am beyond happy with the work Curt did on my eyebrows. It’s natural looking and beautiful. I get so many compliments on my eye brows, and no one realizes they’re cosmetically tattooed until I tell them.
Curt is also very charismatic, and a good natured guy. He made me feel at ease, and am so happy with the work he did!
