The young lady that took my order was talking over the headset with her coworker talking about her relationship which was very inappropriate. And while I was asking my 4 year old daughter what she wanted to eat she called another customer up in front of me which was very rude to my daughter and I. Definitely need better respectful cashiers.

I took the time to make an account and download this app so that people could know about this crappy location. I went to the location on 136th and division. I ordered 2, 6 piece chicken baskets. Once I got home I realized the toast was missing from one meal. I call the restraunt, and they told me to come get the toast. I let them know I wasn’t interested in making that drive for a piece of bread. I asked for a meal replacement for a later date and the cashier refused. I then spoke to the manager who was extremely rude. He told me I was lying and that he knew without a doubt that there was bread in the meal. I asked for his name and all he would say was«David» when I asked for his last name he refused, saying it doesn’t matter. Once I got frustrated with him and rose my voice, he told me to «come get your fucking toast then!». To be called a liar, and then be swore at by a so called ‘manager’ is a true reflection of your chain. On a side note, the parts of the meal we actually received were horrible. Old fries and dried chicken. This location desperately need new management and to repeat some basic food prep training. It goes with out saying we will never return to this location again.

This Dairy Queen used to be just mediocre. The service has improved alot, the ice cream is still the awesome made in house and not that prepackaged crap. The food is good too(I’m not a fan of Dairy Queen food but I eat the food here and I enjoy it). The way they treat the kids now in there is awesome too. so many Dairy Queens can’t be bothered with small children and obviously get annoyed, not here though. It’s great seeing grandparents in here with their grandchildren. You also get seniors in here without grandchildren as well. Which bodes well for this location I think. Only downside is the riffraff that makes it’s way in too often for my tastes, but hey it’s the neighborhood.

I asked for a teaspoon of mayo to make fry sauce for my fries and the OWNER told his employee to charge me .50 cents. Sorry, but I will not be coming back.

As Un– American as it is, I very rarely eat fast food, as I prefer more exotic flavors. Sometimes, life or your stomache, leads you into a drive thru. Last night, I’d worked overtime, I had to do homework, and call Comcast to deal with our 100th internet outage.(Do we get a cake for Comcast sucking?) They had a special, $ 3.99 for a bacon cheese grill burger and a milkshake… I asked what kind they had, and he ever so sweetly listed off about 10 flavors. I said, «I LOVEYOUGUYS… Caramel!» I went home to enjoy a darn good fast food bacon cheeseburger, good fries and milkshake.

*Cherry dipped cones That’s all I gotta say *minus one star for watching a fly, fly around inside their stand with the open containers of brownie mix-ins for their sundaes. Gross.
