If I could I would rate 0 start. I been going for a while now but the last few times it’s been nasty nasty I order a burger when I open it the bread was all soggy. The fries were burn and dry the burger in the bad that was ll the way in the bottom end it up all smash like they just threw it in– the quality keeps going down in down

I love cruisers! They have a variety of choices. On Mondays, Tuesday’s and Wednesday you can get a combo meal for only 5.50. It comes with a burger, fries and drink. They have over ten different burgers to choose from and if you don’t want fries you can get tots instead. Their ice cream is good too and reasonably priced.

I’ve eaten a here a million times and never have had anything bad to say. And while I still say the food is yum and the vibe is classic and retro, I will say today I left disappointed. The cook fried up a basket of shrimp for the order before mine then tossed my fries into the same fryer. I don’t believe there is any law about this but it’s common sense and a policy in tons of restaurants that you don’t cook seafood and other fried foods in the same fryer. Not only can it cause the non fishy food to take on a fish taste, but it also can cause a reaction for those with seafood allergies.

Great milkshakes! Their raspberry is the bomb! Their other food is just alright. My dad has gone twice and each time they give him a different milkshake than what he ordered. So I don’t know what goes on there. They have kids working there I think it’s family owned. Overall I’d recommend it!

Well after that nice review I wrote last night, I came back and got $ 20 in burgers and shakes and after my boyfriend has been coming here his whole life being almost 30 now and living 10 blocks away from this place, and used to come here on a weekly basis, someone that gets the same thing every time would know how it’s done, mind you we were just here 2 days ago and got the same thing we always get, the new fat little round young chick cashier decided to be extremely rude and have a complete attitude about the order we received, a medium shake with no bananas(even tho we ordered and was charged for a large) and 2 burgers that were charged to have cheese, with no cheese. The chick lipped off then got the manager and the old lady that owns the place or managing it decided to have the cashiers back when she had no clue how rude this chick was to him. Someone who has been loyal to coming here then to be treated like that, you should be ashamed of yourselves. And then to be charged for ranch after all that. This was such a disrespectful experience which is a shame because I wanna come back but not after that. The cook working at that time was the only one who apologized so thank you to him for being the only one who saw and heard what happened besides myself. If someone is paying to eat at your restaurant and you’re in the wrong and being rude then you don’t deserve to run a business.

My friend loves this place. I like it. Nothing to complain about, good prices, food’s fresh, customer service is solid, place has always been clean when we go. I’m probably just still sad about my mediocre guacamole burger. The other stuff’s been good so far. Oh– fountain has cherry AND vanilla Coke. Good to know if you’re into that.

Cruiser’s is a cozy burger spot and family owned. The veggie burger combo with tots was cooked to golden perfection. The burger comes with shredded iceberg lettuce, tomato, and sliced onion on top of a sesame bun. It was pretty tasty for a basic veggie burger. Next time, cheddar and grilled onion is the plan. The vanilla ice cream that came with my root beer float was so boss. Yum for the tum. The restaurant has a cool ‘50s vibe with aqua and pink neon lights with classic retro diner tables and chairs. In the back corner, there’s two driving games so bring the kiddies. Don’t be a square and go to DQ across the street. Cruiser’s is where all the cool cats go.

I’ve been here four times now and I leave satisfied every time. Great classic food & be ready to take in some calories people lol. I usually get a bacon cheeseburger with avocado & French fries. They’re chili is really good too, and you gotta get the cheese & onions! They have awesome milkshakes & the chocolate, peanut butter with banana is my favorite! Glad it’s close to my place!

Cruisers is the bomb. If you want a delish burger and the best fries or tater tots ever. They have a great selection of shakes too. I have had the club sandwich when i didn’t feel like a cheeseburger. Was not disappointed. Great prices!!!

Our family love eating here. All the food, especially the hamburgers are good. The ice cream is also great. The only meal I would t recommend is the chicken strips. Everything besides the chicken strips is great. The company needs to figure out a way to improve their chicken strips. Maybe order from. Different company before they bring them in and cook them up. Other than that the place is overall outstanding. The best is the price.

Normally, I’m a «5 Guys» or «In ‘n’ Out Burger» kinda guy. In other words, I don’t mind spending a bit more for a serious quality burger and really good fries, which I can always find at these places. Cruiser’s on the other hand, gives me similar quality, with a LOT more menu and drink options, at roughly 60% of the cost. Also, no offense to the big chain restaurants, but Cruiser’s is the real deal and you can tell it the minute you walk-in the door. It reminds me of what McDonalds was back in the 1960’s when I was a kid, with real full-sized burgers served on fresh-grilled buns and awesome French fries. Those were the days! Check-out Cruiser’s for great burgers and fries, served in a truly authentic setting.

Expensive for the quality of products they use. This place has really gone down over the past few years. And everything is an up charge.

One of the few places in town I can score a butterscotch milkshake and a tasty burger and fries. The décor is a little outdated and the place could use an overhaul and refresh. It’s no Burgerville — but then again — Burgerville doesn’t have butterscotch milkshakes. The food rates slightly above Burger King, but there is something comforting and almost carnival-like about their spread. Its an outer southeast staple and we eat here once every few months.

The service is terrible and the food is no better. Burger pattys are paper thin. Veggies seem old. The fries taste like old grease. Never coming back.

Good burger for a good price! The question of the day will be, what kind of side order are you? I love their regular fries and crinkle cut so I ordered both. I don’t like them crispy so I was glad to see them lightly cooked. Their is a good selection of slushies, milkshakes, and soft serve to satisfy anyone.

Food was subpar for a greasy gut bomb. My rating would be a 3 Star if they would have actually provided my full order and cooked my food all the way through. This is the last time that I’ll ever eat at Cruisers, they shorted a whole burger and only flashed fried all the tots and fries leaving them to crumble with just a touch. Being that they cook the food right In front of you, you would think they would take a little more pride in getting your order correct and actually cooking your food through. The deal was the cook was just getting off his shift and rushed my order.
