I am a freelance illustrator and a huge part of my business comes from selling prints of my work. Documart is hands down on of the most reliable, consistent, and quality printers in town! I won’t trust anyone else with my work. The color quality is always excellent, they have a huge selection of paper and size options. They do GREAT work with booklets, small prints, and business cards. The staff is friendly, upbeat, knowledgeable, and eager to get you what you need and FAST! The turnaround on prints is faster than anywhere I’ve ever used! No better printer in town!

I have struck out both times I’ve used DocuMart’s services. The first time I had a basic postcard printed and it wasn’t cut straight — when I had them fix it, too much was cut off at the bottom and it lost the integrity of the original design. The last time I went in, the woman was rude and not helpful — all I needed was a very small document laminated and I felt that I didn’t receive good customer service. However, I will say that the first time I went in to get a quote, the woman who helped me was very professional and friendly — haven’t seen her or the type of service she provided since. I will not be a repeat customer at DocuMart.
