History

Established in 1978.

From humble beginnings and only two employees, Elliott Associates has now grown into a successful, full service commercial real estate and property management firm. Elliott Associates was recently ranked in the top ten Portland firms for both commercial real estate and property management by Portland Business Journal.

Business Owner

R. Louis «Lou» Elliott is the President of Elliott Associates and for more than 30 years has been managing, leasing, developing, buying and selling a variety of retail, office, and industrial properties throughout the Western States. He has become a knowledgeable and well-​respected advisor to many clients and colleagues.

He began work in the real estate industry in 1976 and became an Oregon Real Estate Broker in 1983. His current business associates affiliations include the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Portland Business Alliance. He has served on a numerous community and real estate advisory committees over the last 30 years. He is also a founding partner and Broker at Commercial Realty Advisors, Northwest, LLC. in Portland, Oregon.
