We have chosen to opt out of anything that has to do with Yelp! After several phone calls and a lot of rhetoric regarding policy and procedure, we’ve decided this is the best avenue to take. We feel that any company has a responsibility to do the right thing when presented information. We hope you, as the customer can see that when a platform such as Yelp! becomes a ground for slander, unwarranted attacks on a business, it’s not viable for us to participate thus being a part of something that isn’t right. We fully stand behind the freedom of speech. We stand behind any upset guest or client at any time head on without regard if they choose to use Yelp! as an outlet, but we will NOT stand for obvious attacks from previous contractors that remain unprofessional and yelp refuses to see this as grounds for removal due to «policy that we do not play judge and jury». We reserve the right to say this is wrong, and choose not to participate in such a medium. Thank You for your understanding.
