Dr. Khong is incredibly nice, detail oriented, and all and all a great person.
Her frames selection here is the best. Don’t settle for the luxxotica stuff look for those unique frame lines with a story to tell and support smaller independent lines!
I think the Dutz and Bevel collections are super nice.

I hadn’t been to an eye doctor in 5 years. Dr. Khong was AMAZING, and very thorough and helpful. Her optician James was beyond great in helping me pick and fit frames. What a great office and they got me in same day! I would highly recommend them and will be going back annually!

I scheduled an appointment for Eyes on You, PC super last minute, and they totally fit me in so that was immediately awesome of them. I needed and eye exam and some new frames, but the last office visit I had (years ago) was so unpleasant that I have been putting off going.
Because I wasn’t super sure of where the office was located (the entrance is on Jefferson street,) I got there super early, but it ended up being perfect because I could look at as many frames as I wanted and had plenty of time to try on as many as I liked before making a small pile of selections.
Dr. Khong was super sweet, very knowledgable, and was so helpful to explain different things to me as she went. I’m kind of a handful and ask a ton of questions, but she was very polite in answering every concern I had. It seemed like she did a few tests that I’ve never had done before, like walk down the hall and back with test frames just to make sure the walls weren’t wobbly or something, it seemed like a great step for ensuring that I get the best frames possible.
The staff was my favorite part, very friendly and gave me wonderful advice as to which frames looked the best on my face. I wanted to make sure I got frames that were on point without looking mega hipster, and they helped me pick the best frames as far as which went best with my complexion, eyes, etc… Aesthetic suggestions. How do you even search for that? It’s a service that isn’t really listed but was MUCH appreciated and totally helpful!
I will admit that it’s a bit more pricey than the old place I used to go to, although not significantly, and honestly it’s a pair of frames that I’m going to have for years and years so that’s not so bad.
I will definitely recommend Eyes on You, PC to all of my friends, they’re a great place!

I took a chance on this office because of the great Unilocal reviews so far, and I was not disappointed! I have nothing but great things to say about Eyes on You. I had a wonderful experience thanks to James and Dr. Khong. Which is saying a lot — because who really likes eye exams?
I had to get the works here — full exam, new glasses and new contacts. The entire process went very smoothly and I felt like James went the extra mile the whole way through. They simply have excellent customer service and make you feel important and taken care of as a patient.
Both James and Dr. Khong worked with my insurance provider to make sure I was getting the full extent of my benefits, as well as making sure I understood them. Insurance can be a little tricky — especially when said insurance provider gives you different information each time you call — they were extremely patient and everything worked out very well.
Dr. Khong is just lovely and definitely made me feel at ease. I’m personally not thrilled about the general invasiveness of eye exams, but she was understanding of my discomfort at times (none of which was her doing by the way — I’m 27 and I still balk at the idea of putting in eyedrops) and was kind enough to explain each step that she was taking so nothing caught me off guard. The exam itself seemed incredibly thorough and she was very knowledgable. I felt like I was in good hands.
They have a really wonderful selection of high-​end frames and were so patient with me trying on each pair at least twice trying to find the right fit. I also have to thank them for their honest opinions when it came down to frame shape/​face shape! Even though I ended up choosing frames «out of network», the process was just as easy to get lenses fitted.
I highly recommend Eyes on You — they’re extremely professional, extremely friendly, and genuinely seem to care about me as a patient. Great experience!

My experience was one of the most reassuring ones of my life, trust me. You can’t always judge a provider by how WELL things go on that initial visit or purchase, but how the provider responds to problematic situations as they arise. it’s far more realistic to measure the quality of professional «service» by the latter yardstick.
It almost became a comedy of errors. the exam itself went well, Dr. Khong was every inch the thorough professional described elsewhere in these posts. her technician James was equally informative and friendly. but for whatever reason, the 2 pair of glasses (1 was a bifocal, the other a computer-​use lens). became a source of a GIANT migraine.
I’m retired on a fixed income, and the final price which included –even with insurance– both pair with frames, was both surprising AND painful. Nevertheless, the two pair I received were flawless in terms of refraction. Over the next 5 months I had to return 3 times because one of the lenses on EACH pair would not stay put, and popped out. Each time I returned, James dutifully –not to forget CHEERFULLY– wrestled the lenses back into place. Finally, both Dr. Khong and James determined that the lab had not fit the lens to the frames ordered, and they totally reordered the lenses again. and this time they fit perfectly.
This certainly couldn’t have been fun for either Eyes on You OR me. but the end product is perfect, and I will always remember the «we’ll make it right» attitude toward my situation. I have absolutely no qualms about presenting this firm as a quality establishment for your eye needs. I can count on the fingers of one hand the number of recommendations I am able to submit in this fashion. I am 76 years old and absolutely know wherein I speak.

Great experience with Dr. Khong and James. The Dr. spent a LOT of time with me and was very thorough. I felt confident she understood my goals and ensured I achieved them. James also spent a lot of time helping me get the right fit for replacement lenses and understand the sunglass selection. Excellent experience.

I had a wonderful experience here, I promptly got a next day appointment and the doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. She spent a lot of time educating me and figuring out what was wrong with my eyes. The doctor pays attention to all the fine details, as she discovered that my current prescription was too high and was causing excessive strain.
Dr. Khong will go the extra mile to help you!
My only issue is that their selection of frames is rather limited and on the higher end, I would say the average price of frames is about $ 300, running as high as $ 600, and I was not looking to spend over $ 200. Even with my insurance I ended up spending around 250 but ordered a pair that I was happy with. Either way, I suggest coming here to see the doc, you can always order frames elsewhere.

Just moved here and I was referred to Eyes on You by my medical provider. Dr. Kathy Khong was fantastic. I came in with some vision issues and thought for sure the results would not be positive. However, after a very thorough and professional diagnosis, it turned out that my eyes were fine. My prescription only needed a minor adjustment. On top of that, she has an incredible bedside manner. Warm and personable, she makes you feel at ease while conducting her eye examination. Highly recommend.

This Place was great. Called in for an appointment and was able to get in the same day! No paperwork to fill out, they have you do it online before you come in (great time savor & environmentally friendly). Friends and helpful staff, and great selection of frames. I will definitely recommend them to coworkers!

Professional and thorough. I was delighted by how everything came together.
I had a difficult time explaining some weirdities with my prescription, but Doctor Khong walked me through all the issues and we ended up making a tiny adjustment to my prescription — tuning it.
I don’t know what the heck was up with my previous eye doctors, but I need to hunt them all down and smack them with cold wet fish. After receiving my contact lenses and then my glasses at Eyes On You, I am happy to report that my eyesight has never been better IN MY WHOLE LIFE!
I had no idea until now.
That’s how great my experience was.
And they’re sci-​fi fans, too, which I know is anecdotal and personal, but knowing that I can chat a few references from Firefly or Fringe makes the entire experience even more personal.
I am terribly grateful to them for their help in getting this particular mad scientist a great pair of brand new eyes!

So I’m writing a review after I’ve been back a couple times. I was referred to this place by my insurance company. Love that it’s close to my work so I can just take off early and head to my appointment here before going home. This is a brand new clinic that just opened up at the Unitus building.
My first appointment was for a regular eye exam for glasses and contacts. I found the optometrist to be very thoughtful and thorough. Listened to me rambling on and on about my eyes and what I do. She made a couple suggestions regarding my glasses and then for my contacts, offered me a different brand to try than I was used to. The best part was that she told me my eyes got «better» (slightly lower prescription!). That may not be her doing, but she delivered the great news! lol.
I went back a week later after trying the contacts out to check the fit and comfort. I totally love them so we went ahead and ordered me a year supply. When you order a year supply, they offer to ship it to your house for free!!! I was told it would take a week (ordered on a late Thursday afternoon), but I came home today (Tuesday) to find it on my doorstep. Wow! Much cheaper than if I ordered on my own too.
I’ll have to make time to go back and check out their frames. Recommending to my friends and family to come here!
Huge tip: park in the Unitus public parking. They validate 2 hours here. No need to worry about finding or paying for street parking if you have to drive here!
