Foot Locker

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went in to the store to return an online order. The guy takes my receipt shipping info and shoes and tells me he can’t refund my money but once the warehouse gets my shoes they will refund my money. He gave me no receipt at all for a pair of 175 dollar shoes ! So I called the 1800 number they then told me that what the store did was wrong. I put the store people on the phone With the 1800 people still the store would not return me my money. Next the 1800 people said that they would return but still no receipt. So At this point the people in store are giving me dirty looks so I leave. I then speak to a supervisor on the 1800 number she tells me while laughing that she would give me a 25 dollar gift card in the mail which I’m sure I will never get. She continues to laugh at me as she says good bye and hangs up the phone. I have never felt so disrespected in my life. I will never step foot in a foot locker again ! I’ve been a happy customer for years but now I will take my money else where and encourage other people to do the same.

Came in looking for a pair of work shoes… I figured I’d probably strike out becaue they never have a great selection of New Balance… I didn’t plan on some scraggly looking tool of an employee not even assisting… not a hello or even a I’ll be right with you, feel free to look around… When I asked if this was their entire selection, I got a very detached and indifferent answer… Suffice it to say I was not happy and curse them to the very depths of Hades… Go to Dick’s since they have a far better selection and a lot more helpful employees…
