I went in there today to exchange a pair of boots that my 12 yr old daughter got me for Christmas. Unfortunately they were the wrong size and my daughter threw the receipt out. I am all about customer service in any type of business. And the customer service was absolutely horrifying. the sales associate acted like I was a nuisance to her and couldn’t be bothered. it took well over an hour for her to apparently look up the receipt for for my daughters cash purchase, and then tried to have me pay more for the exact same boots!!! I couldn’t believe how this sales associate acted towards me. I had a friend with me and were both so appalled I just took the receipt she found and the boots that don’t fit and walked out of the store… worst experience ever.

I can’t say enough about this store and their shoes! I have been a Cathy Jean customer for years! We used to have one in Eugene but they took it out of Valley River mall I think because the rent was high. Anyhow the quality of the shoes are great they last years, and they are one of the only brands of heal/​wedges I can wear that do not hurt my back or feet. I have fibromyalgia and a bad back from a few car wrecks so comfortable shoes are very important to me. The staff is great. I also went to the CJ at Clakamas Town Center and they were very great as well. I stocked up on quite a few shoes while I was in Portland. I miss having a CJ near by. Maybe it’s a good thing I don’t because I had a bad habit of buying shoes all of the time from your store. Haha
Anyhow give Cathy Jean’s a try, they have a lot of cute shoe, sandals, and boots to choose from at a decent price.
