Gallagher’s Rug and Carpet Care specializes in rug, residential and commercial carpet cleaning, and upholstery cleaning. Our technicians are IICRC accredited and undergo comprehensive customer service training. We use hot-​water extraction and the highest quality products to treat all of your spots, stains, and odors. We also offer eco-​friendly product options. Just ask! Our rug services include pickup and delivery and are cleaned by hand by certified Master Rug Cleaners.

Keeping your rugs and carpets clean shouldn’t be a hassle. Our private parking lot allows our customers easy access for their rug cleaning needs, and weekend hours provide flexibility to fit our clients’ schedules. We also offer rug, carpet and upholstery cleaning services for high-​rise and limited access businesses and residences using our portable hot water extraction tools.

Gallagher’s Rug and Carpet Care was founded on the principles of excellent service and superior results. After years of working as an entrepreneur in various industries, John Gallagher noticed something that was lacking in most service oriented professions — the service. Why does a person have to compromise when it comes to hiring quality work? With that in mind, he set out to create a rug cleaning and carpet cleaning company that would be unparalleled in professionalism and service while still delivering high-​quality results at a competitive rate.

These guys were great. I contacted them via the Unilocal get a quote and I got a reply within an hour. I schedule the deal and off we went. The tech did a great job and had great attitude. The quote I was given did not include the extra for the stairs which was a little bit of a shock. I would definitely recommend and use their service again!

Gallagher’s has cleaned our business/​gym carpets a few times now and I am always impressed. Their professionalism, flexibility to work around our crazy schedules and most importantly the job they do is always TOP NOTCH! Not only did Gallagher’s come out mid-​afternoon on a Friday, but on Memorial Day weekend, and they were here within an hour of calling. The young man (Zach) who came over was obviously very intelligent, hardworking, honest and offered a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. The work he did was precise and very well done. He also got everything I needed done without waking my twin 2.5 year old’s up from their nap. I mean just unbelievable! Their prices are exceptional for what you get as well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this company. I will certainly be giving them a call next time I need anything related to floors/​rugs and dirt/​maintenance. I would give this recommendation to my own mother!
Situation:
I come home from a nice day out with the kids and find an explosion of dog feces throughout the house. Not only did one of my 100lb. American Bulldogs leave three piles of $h1t everywhere but stepped in one and walked all throughout my first floor. THEN I find puke in my master bedroom. She must have gotten into something outside… GROSS. Nothing worse than dog $h1t in your home. This is in a house I just purchased and moved into only 3 weeks ago. Yes, I plan on ripping out the carpets but after 20% down may have to live with them for another year or so – there is NO WAY I could have handled this mess without professional help. Gallagher’s came to my rescue literally within an hour of me finding this mess and as you have read, I’m VERY happy with their service. The carpets came out beautifully with no odor or evidence of the terrors I had faced earlier in the day.

Just had my sectionals cleaned by them. Cameron and Juan were the technicians that came by and they really did a thorough job of cleaning it. They really paid attention to the details and I love the fact that they do things beyond what I expected, such as making sure that my hardwood floor is completely wiped clean before they leave the house, and making sure that you’re satisfy with the job, I was amazed by them. Best of all, the price that they charge was fair too!

I dropped off my very dirty white shag rug, more like brown at this point. Once they called me to inform me the rug was ready I was shocked at how clean they were able to get it! I wish I would have taken before and after pictures! They had to wash and dry it several times to get it to the clean they were happy with, didn’t stop till it was done right!

Tried Gallagher’s a couple months back to get a couple larger carpets cleaned in our home– glad I did! Cameron was the technician and was both professional and friendly– he was able to run the cleaning hoses up to our second floor and get everything done within about 45 minutes with minimal muss and fuss. The carpets had been well taken care of but were ready for a proper clean; once dry about 24 hours after the visit they were good as new. The price was fair and I received a voicemail from the office a couple days after the visit to make sure everything went well… didn’t get a chance to return the call but appreciated the check-​in.

I am completely blown away and speechless! My basement carpet got
flooded last winter and I called Gallaghers
right away when the carpet was able to be cleaned. Despite their best efforts, some stains remained. In preparation for the holidays and guests coming, they came out today to clean the carpet for us (the main surface
for our kids’ playroom and the family den) and the carpet is now SPOTLESS. This company really delivers. Thank you to John, the owner who is always nothing but lovely and to Nathan, who did a fantastic job today.

Love this local company!
Our office had an unfortunate spill incident today and it needed to be cleaned ASAP. I walk by Gallagher’s everyday to work so I thought we should try them.
The gal who answered the phone (I believe her name was Allison?) was very helpful and was able to schedule Nathan to come this afternoon.
He came in the time she told me he would be here and got right to cleaning our carpet. He was very kind and cleaned more then the spill (yay!). The spill marks were completely gone! When he left he gave me a bottle of spot remover too. :)
I will definitely use this company again for our office and for personal use in the future! :)

Cameron came to treat our carpets. The previous owners had two dogs who must have lived in the basement. The carpet smelled very strongly of wet dog, stomach-​churningly so. Cameron came and worked his magic. We were very pleased with the results. He was also very professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all my silly questions in a respectful and gracious manner. We will most assuredly be using Gallagher’s again, and we will be requesting Cameron.

Gallagher’s Rug did a phenomenal job on our carpets. We’re in a rental and you could tell who ever cleaned the carpets before we moved in did a sub-​par job. Nathan arrived exactly on time, was very courteous and professional. It only took an hour for him to tackle our downstairs, stairs and upstairs walkway. I will absolutely be calling them for our next cleaning!

Great work!!! Cameron was on time, very professional, and ready to work. We went over the job and he was plugged in and ready to go! Our cat is in renal failure and prefers to pee next to the litter box; he doesn’t bother with the box for anything other than solids. Annnnnnd the dog now does her Business there due to separation anxiety. Smells like like a nightmare. It was! We let this area go for years without professional help! Granted cat urine is the WORST, it is a million times better! I’m thrilled with the results!!! I won’t hesitate to call them again for other rooms and back to attack the cat wiz! These guys are the ones to call!

The service at Gallagher’s is impeccable. From my initial phone call asking for an estimate, to scheduling an appointment, to meeting the technician, I was very well taken care of. I had an appointment scheduled for 9 am and the technician, Cameron, knocked on my door at exactly 8:59! He was very friendly, and it was obvious that he took pride in his work. He did an absolutely amazing job on my rug and couches! My indoor/​outdoor dogs sleep on the couches, so they were getting dingy. Once the work was done, the couches and rug looked so much brighter.
Here’s why I’m only giving 4 stars (which honestly does pain me):
+ I’m pretty sensitive to smells, and I don’t like the odor of the products used on my couches. I think it was the pet odor removal stuff. It’s like a minty-​air freshener smell that isn’t unpleasant at all, but for several days it was so potent to me that it made it hard to be in the same room.
+ I broke out in a really bad rash all over my body from the cleaning formula used. I love that their products are environmentally friendly, but my skin had a very strong allergic reaction to it! This is probably not an issue that will affect many others but still something I felt compelled to mention, since I literally can’t sit on the couches without risking further allergic reactions.
Overall, I was very impressed with the service and competitive prices. I just wish I wasn’t sitting here itching all over.
