I’m so confused by the reviews! Lol! I went there today and omg! Amazing! It was my first time going in and I happen to stop by because the store is absolutely beautiful with the Valentine’s Day theme! Anywho! The guy and 2 girls working were more than wonderful to deal with and even help me set up a reward thingy with free chocolate every month. I ended up getting the«Cone» of strawberries and by far one of the best strawberries I’ve had.(Trust me I know, I was pregnant with cravings once!) Not only that, they were surprisingly so fresh they scented the whole bag! I’ll deff be back in the future! Thank you guys for making a great Sunday! :)

the strawberries were awful… grenery left on while surrounded by chocalate… gross. and the person who made it was rude and dismissive. 12.50 for 3 yucky semi covered strawberries… NOT!

Love the choclate its worth the price. We asked for military discount and the cashier said they have it but when we left we saw the reciept and they did not discount anything.

I’ve been to Godiva’s in California and also Nevada — I wanted some chocolate love after some shopping in the mall and stopped in. Upon my surprise there was not a single person in the store. This also includes no employees! My Husband and I began to search for an employee in the store for a few moments and couldn’t find anywhere. Not even behind the counter. We knocked on the back door hoping that someone was there as there was no wait staff anywhere to be seen. Finally an employee comes out with a name badge on saying she’s the assistant manager. I inquire as to why no one was staffing the store and told her I could have put myself into a chocolate induced coma very quickly helping myself to unattended chocolates! Yum Yum for me! I began to pick out my chocolates(I love truffles and chocolate covered strawberries!) and typically get a box for what I end up purchasing. She proceeded to put them in a large bag and piling them together(which can sometimes ruin their flavors). Already bummed from the lack of service we’ve gotten my husband and I took our bags and left the store. Given this experience we would probably come back to it given that this is the only Godiva store we’ve seen in the area, but honestly I’d be more inclined to buy their chocolates online if I can get free shipping versus coming into this store again.

I had to stop in today for some comfort due to a having a bad day. They were surprisingly busy, but all three employees greeted me and every other customer that came in. The selection was great, as always, and the staff had great knowledge of the product, selection, and sales. They were also super polite. Unlike so many other retailers, I feel like the people here genuinely care about their customers. The mall would greatly benefit by having the all personnel trained by standards used here.

It’s such a treat to drop in and pick out a four pack of truffles when I am at the mall. I am part of their chocolate club which entitles me to a free chocolate once a month. The selection is huge. The prices are a little steep. The staff is always lovely and helpful.

Blast you Godiva and your amazingly delicious chocolates! It’s seriously hard to walk past this place and not imagine biting into some tasty, tasty, goodness. And then you walk in. And then you drool. And then you spend a ridiculous amount of money for a small goody. If you’re like me… you want a chocolate covered giant strawberry. $ 7 later you have said chocolate covered strawberry all over your face and will be grinning from ear to ear. Beacause it’s just that good. Mmmmmm. During the fall they have some awesome pecan pie and pumpkin truffles that I cannot go without. Their pre-packaged items are typically a better deal but still spendy. I will not touch their devilishly good looking milkshakes… I don’t even want to know how many calories are in those thing. Everything in this shop is worth a try though!

We came here with gift certificate that was about to expire. Did you know this is the last surviving Godiva shop in all of Oregon? And what a treat indeed to go the real-life shop. We got some bananas and fresh strawberries dipped in warm milk chocolate. it was amazing and I will admitted it tasted better because it was free. I don’t know if I’d pay this much or drive to the suburbs to eat fancy chocolate in a mall again. Honestly, it’s the kind of stuff that you can get at Saturday Market or a street fair and really enjoy in the sun. Something about getting your fair food in a mall, makes it slightly less magic(that’s just me though). In any case, great quality chocolate, their unique selling point over Moonstruck or other local chocolateers is the delicious dipped fruit. Really friendly service and wouldn’t mind stopping by here again if I got another gift certificate one day. Be sure, as other reviews have pointed out, to try out their free samples regularly.

Awesome chocolates! A bit on the expensive side but who really cares when you are getting what you pay for, right? Good and not too sweet like the usual american chocolates. the elixirs are also worth the try.
