My partner and I came to this location today to look for a certain type of stone and we had to just walk away from the incredibly rude woman who tried to help us(or lack thereof). There wasn’t a single moment when I felt like this lady listened to what we were looking for, she continuously said we needed diamonds when we were specific about looking for something else in particular and then she made us out to look like a couple cheap low class individuals. I will not be back here again.

I gave Fred Meyers jewelers another chance. I went to the Washington Square location for my wedding band. I was helped by a very friendly rep and I have no complaints about the price or sales process. I ordered a ring and they shipped it out to me. I received it in only 3 day! It did however have a chip in it. I took it in to the same location and showed it to them. They asked me if I banged it on anything… it’s made out of tungsten. They then told me they could not find the original order and kept asking me if I was«sure» I got the ring from them. Finally they found the order through the warranty I purchased. They then told me that I have to wait 4 – 6 weeks for a replacement. Dangit.

I was in looking to get my chain fixed with a broken clasp and the staff was really helpful and ended up educating me on the chain I had. I was really impressed with the speed and acumen of the work. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business again with them again

Last two times I’ve been here the customer service was horrible. The lady that helped me and my friends was extremely rude, wasn’t helpful at all, and made us feel like idiots because we didn’t know the«jeweler» lingo. Sorry that not everyone knows as much about diamonds as you do! Thought it was just a bad day for them but nope, had horrible experiences both times I went in. Also she seemed annoyed that she had to get out of her chair 2 times so my friend could try on different styles. Get a different job … Seriously.

Possibly the worst customer experience ever. Wanted to get my watch battery replaced, to which they quoted me a hour and a half replacement time. Came back after that hour and a half, and they told me they never got around to it, and that the previous sales rep wasn’t honest with me. Both of the people I worked with were rude and demeaning, and even when I asked questions, seemed to want to ignore my issues. I took my watch and left. Don’t ever go here for any kind of jewelry service. Horrible and mean-spirited and unapologetic while doing so.
