History

Established in 2012.

I was first certified as a Professional Life Coach in 2010 through Fowler Wainwright International, while I was still anchored in my corporate career.

I was drawn to Bastyr University in the fall of 2012 where I discovered an amazing hypnotherapy certification program.

By the end the year, I was a Certified Hypnotherapist through the National Guild of Hypnotists and the International Hypnosis Association.

I’m also getting a second Certified Professional Coach credential through the Baraka Institute and working toward my IHA Certification as a Past Life Regression Specialist.

Most recently I received my Reiki I, II, and Animal Reiki certificates from Reiki Master/​Teacher, Kelly Glab, of One Light Healing in Seattle, WA.

What sets me apart from others is that I believe YOU already have the inherent wisdom inside you to the create life you were meant to. I simply hold the space.

How do I know YOU have the power to change? Because I’ve gone through my own dramatic transformation over the last several years. I made a radical career change, quit smoking for the last time, and experienced a dramatic weight loss; basically getting back to my essence!

My real-​life experiences, challenges, and victories make me especially adept at guiding you through your own, personal journey and creating the life you were meant to — full of health, joy, and abundance.

I spent 20 years in the hospitality industry working for organizations including: Marriott, Ritz-​Carlton, Joie de Vivre, and most recently Noble House Hotels & Resorts as VP of Revenue Management. I have a deep appreciation for the complexities and challenges in navigating corporate environments.

Being blessed with a nudge from the Universe, I realized it was time to follow my true path and live the life I was created to as a healer and facilitator of change.
