Every single person I have had contact with from this office was extremely helpful and professional. Doctor Sims is exactly like the videos on the net. The entire experience was really very easy… they helped me with everything. They called and reminded me about stuff too. The lady that took my blood pressure was really nice, and Ben the guy that handled the paperwork in the front was really funny and sweet. These people know there stuff. — I liked all of them. They exceeded any expectations I had. I’d recommend this office if anyone is seeking help with their card. For sure!

What a joke! I desperately sought medical assistance from this clinic and have been in a tailspin of never-​ending broken promises since I started the endeavor.
This all started when the clinic failed to operate a fax machine and get my medical records from my primary care provider who happens to be 2000 miles away. OMMC tells me they faxed the release of information form. My PCP says they didn’t receive it. I verified the fax number to be correct. OMMC faxes again. My PCP again says they didn’t receive it. I verified the fax number to be correct again. A third time faxing and still the same answer from both ends. Nobody wants to research the actual problem/​fault and each places burden on the other end.
I spoke with Alex who I was told was a supervisor and he tells me that he called to verify the fax submission and again, he was told the fax did not go through. At one point I mentioned to Alex that I do not have good cell phone coverage where I am at so email would be the best option for me to communicate. At that point Alex has dropped from the face of the Earth.
Numerous email attempts have gone through to retrieve my person information from OMMC because I now feel they are a shady business holding my information hostage for a $ 25 fee. Not to mention it has been a nightmare trying to cancel the scheduled appointment as well as receive a refund for the $ 25 deposit.
I have spent countless times on their online chat and each time, I keep getting the same runaround. Either it’s, «we tried» or they keep me waiting indefinitely with no communication between us. Numerous times I have requested a physical address so that I could pick up my personal information as well as refund the $ 25 deposit and each time I am met with the sound of chirping crickets in the background. Shady shady shady people.
I urge anyone with an actual medical need to seek assistance elsewhere. This has been 2 days of my life that I will never get back and now will have to drive to the east side of the river for my medical needs.

Great staff and doctor. Always friendly, helpful and caring. Wish more medical facilities were as attentive to patients needs.
