We have been fortunate enough to have a wide array of experience in many facets of the development and construction industry resuting in an extensive knowledge base and problem solving skills.

Each and every project is given the attention necessary to ensure that alll details are thoroughly coordinated and that the client visions are executed. We rely hevily on technology to communicate with the client and team and document all aspects of each project to ensure that clients are constantly aware of the projects status.

History

Established in 2004.

Heyworth Development & Remodeling was founded by Sean Heyworth in 2004 with the primary intent to develop single and multi-​family lots and in turn construct desirable custom residences for new home buyers. Recognizing that Portland is growing immensely, gas prices have been rapidly increasing and Oregonians are becoming acutely aware and concerned about their impact on the environment, we set a goal to develop and construct a product that is welcomed by the community and that promotes livability. More specifically, we focused on procuring oversizedresidential lots within an 8 mile radius of Portland’s downtown core, in which the zoning warrants further division of the property to obtain maximize density.

We more recently begun pursuing other passions and have diversified the company to include custom home construction, residential remodeling, and commercial construction management.
