Fast food doesn’t have to be unhealthy food. It all depends on what you order. Chicken fajita pita is one of the two healthier alternatives I like going to Jack in the Box for(the other one is their teriyaki chicken bowl). Lightly seasoned chunks of white chicken meat, grilled onions, shredded cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce in toasted pita bread is just right for a light meal. Simple, tasty, and healthy.. .healthier than a double bacon cheeseburger for sure!

I went to this Jack in the box to grab something fast to eat. Let me say; I will not be back. French Fries was cold, and greasy. One good thing I can say; is the girl at the drive through was very nice.

The manager Adrian is by far the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. He treated one his employees like she was dirt right in front of us. I feel sorry for the people that work for Adrian.

I should have read the reviews before eating here. Honestly, I have to agree with most if not all of the people here. Just the wait to take my order alone was pretty ridiculous.

I love Jack in the Box, but I suggest never going to this location again. Very very rude Hispanics ladys that work there. Our incident with those ladies were ridiculous and there attitude was horrible. Never going there again.

Good size menu compared to competitors, but I can’t say I was very impressed with the food, service, or cleanliness. I know, you’re thinking«it’s a chain, of course you shouldn’t expect much». The thing is, there are plenty of chain fast food places where management and employees take pride in their work and it shows. In this place, no one seems to care about much. The food tasted like it was reheated repeatedly. The service was slow and the employees were just interested in hanging out and laughing and seemed bothered when customers came in. The place was not very clean. I probably will not be back.

I love jack in the box but this location is TERRIBLE. When you go through the drive through you still wait a while for food but if you eat in side you wait for 30 minutes or more for food. Then you get your food and they argue with you about items that you did not get and did order and pay for. On top of this the food you do get is made wrong or and tend to be on the skimpy side ORCOLD! Not to mention they try to make up for there lack of quality by giving you free extra items which is nice but does not change the fact that they messed up. I also have had an employee after taking a long time to get me my order argue about weather or not and item I stated I was missing was something I ordered! I had to pull out my receipt and show the employee to get my ordered missing item! BULLCRAP! I also am also pissed at this location because they would not let me get items on the late night menu when I KNOW they have done it for me prior to this happening and many other locations will but they just charge you more. I will go further then I have to too avoid this location! I also am irritated that in an effort to keep there drive thru timer lengths down they have you move off the sensor! I WAS Literally asked this by an employee! WTF!

This place is very slow, the manager is a fat old queen, that is rude in his body language, make sure you ask for everything at once, you will do yourself a favor, and avoid dirty looks from the employees, you wouldn’t want to upset the manager lol, the restaurant was dirty, the table was sticky, and chairs were not in order, and the soda machine area was absolutely disgusting

My wife said, «I’m always disappointed with Jack in the Box,» but it had been some time since we’d tried them, so we gave it another chance. The staff was friendly and helpful. We ordered inside but took it to-go. A home style ranch chicken club, a jumbo Jack with cheese and extra pickles, and a large order of fries. Our order was made in a reasonable amount of time. While we waited my wife noticed that there were more surveillance cameras watching the crew then there were watching the customers in the dining room. That was odd. We got home five minutes later with our order. The fries were at best room temperature and disappointing. They looked and tasted like they were not fresh made to order. In both sandwiches our lettuce was not at all fresh, but limp and mine had some that was old and darkened. They got the extra pickles on. My chicken club was okay. The bacon was thin and cooked to the point of being very dark and very crumbly. Wendy’s makes a much better version of this sandwich. On the receipt they offer two free tacos with your next order if you take their survey. I don’t want to go back. The two stars are for the service and for getting our order correct. But that’s all this Jack in the Box gets.

My friends took me here through the drive thru. The server Andrew was very nice and got our order right, but the hamburger looked like it was just smashed together. The lettuce was slimy, so I’m assuming the burger was old.

This place is horrible and disgusting. My experience in dining in this type of restaurant is such a wasteful of my time. The customer service is rude(for throwing the bag of mayonnaise on the counter when I requested), disrespectful(when I said excuse me to him, he ignored me), irresponsible(for the fact that he took and made me the wrong order and blame me when I told him his wrong doings. The manager was there, he saw everything. But he did not say anything to his employee. What kind of management was that? I will never forget a white guy named Andrew who served me poorly today. He looked 21 – 25 years old. I bet his parent must be really proud of him. Disgustingly pathetic!

Absolutely disgusting. The sour dough Jack had so much dressing and special sauce, it was like chugging down a bottle of salad dressing. Are those tacos??? It’s a direct insult to Mexican cuisine. Actually, «Jerk» in the box is an insult to me. Flat sodas, flat products, and flat outright unexcusable to serve such garbage. So Done!!!

To dine at Jack In the Crack, you’d have to be either: drunk, desperate, poor or all the above. Bless the brave souls who happily eat here sober. On a major street that has chains aplenty in every direction, it’s hard to imagine how this Jack has any advantage over the rest. It’s not the processed cheese over their greasy fries that I have a problem or the hideous bathrooms. While many will agree the monster tacos on the value menu look disgusting, they’re in fact, the perfect drunk food. Breakfast sandwiches are usually my de-facto choice at any JITB, but even those are not immune to fail here. Service always leaves something to be desired. Even when the ladies are sweet at the 24 hour late night drive through window, it never really makes up for the fact that staff is crabby during the day. When it comes to fast food, these are never surprises. That 24 hour window by the way — is why they’re still in 2 star range. 82nd is practically dead after 11pm.

It’s jack in the box. Figure it out. Fast food made in the fryer, microwave, or on the grill it all comes from the freezer. Some good some bad. I enjoy the drive through. They had a nice fella working that was fun to chat with at 3am. He works days now and the dirty tools that now haunt the night shift kinda suck but then its jack in the box. Expect that these folks make minimum wage and hate this job and you will never be disappointed. I like the egg rolls though they burn them and over cook them at times. Not a bad spot.

Horrible service, they take forever to even walk up to the counter and for how horrible the food is they take a long time to make it. I’m done with fast food

Not sure if jack works here but if he did he should be ashamed. They suckered me in with all those great commercials. I had a mushroom swiss burger with curly fries and a soda. The soda was flat. The curly fries were limp and the burger was dry. How a burger with grilled mushrooms and sauce could be dry is beyond me.
