Americas Brightest fucking minds working at this location… They haven’t gotten an order of mine correct in months. Average wait time for me here at 82nd is like 10 minutes. The hell is going on. I mean. It’s McDonald’s. I know that. How hard is it?

I went through the drive through, waited 10 minutes because they were making s fresh batch of fries. I got my McChicken in my Togo bag(and whatever else I orders) and drove off promptly(very tired and was gonna be late). When I got to my destination, NOFRIES. I was very sad.

I mean it is McDonald’s so keep that in mind. I give it 5⁄5 because the people are always nice and wonderful. For working for minimum wage/low pay, they keep a great attitude — shame on me for supporting a business that doesn’t pay well?!:( But they are quick in the drive through and inside is clean. Good, solid location. Don’t order the mozzarella sticks. Not because of this location, but because they are a complete disappointment for someone who hasn’t had them in years.

Sorry I do not fully agree with the 5 star review. The crew here has attitude that I don’t quite understand. I go thru the drive-thru usually and every time I am met with rudeness and annoyance. Not just one employee but several! And I am a very respectful person to people of customer service as I have been there many years. They have got to either suck it up and play nice, quit their job or do not interface with customers. There are too many McDonald’s around to pick this one anymore.

As far as I know McDonalds is a franchise known for fast and friendly costumer service unfortunately that is not the case in my situation on a weekend. I’ve order 2 happy meals plain and they couldn’t even get that right. I spoke to Rita the night manager about the mistake and made a huge deal of it even after giving her the receipt to prove that I wasn’t lying, she still continued making a huge deal about. She kept flipping me her middle finger with the other employees watching. To make things when worse she called the cops on me and completely lied to the officer saying that I had threatened her and the employees. The officer told me that they get calls from her all the time. All this because of two $ 2 cheese burgers which she still didn’t replace. Rita just needs to go back flipping burgers and not dealing with costumer service if she’s going to be that hostile on her costumers.

McDonald’s has found another level beyond even those first two years, to the point where it’s routinely the restaurant on 82nd I look forward to the most. It’s so enjoyable that most weeks, I simply turn off all critical faculties and let it wash over me. And the line cooks almost always reward that impulse, coming up with hilariously delicious burgerd that also possess some of the sharpest cheese on the 82nd avenue of roses.
