Specialties
We specialize in fresh pastas and raviolis which are made on sight daily. While this is the focus of our menu, we like to think that everything we make here is special and most importantly «made with love!»
History
Established in 1989.
Justa Pasta started in Hood River, Oregon by a bunch of windsurfers who wanted to make a living in this beautiful town in the Columbia River Gorge. Initially we made fresh pastas and ravioli for local restaurants and had a small retail counter. We moved the business to Portland in 1995 and have been in the same location ever since. Two of the initial 3 windsurfers have since moved on to other ventures, but one remains. The restaurant was added in 1997, and what was initially a lunch only M — F joint is now (dare I say it?) a full-fledged 7-night-a-week restaurant. The wholesale business is no more, and our sole focus is on the restaurant and selling our pastas, raviolis and sauces for customers to take home and prepare.
