We offer comprehensive weekly, biweekly, and monthly cleaning services for residential (apartments, townhomes, houses) and commercial locations. We also provide one-​time and last-​minute services, move in/​move out, pre/​post construction, and we specialize in kitchen and bathroom deep cleans.

History

Established in 2013.

At the age of seven I started my first business venture, harvesting fruit and selling it the market. I knew then that with a bit of motivation and tenacity, I could be a successful entrepreneur – I just had to find my niche. Fast forward to August 2013 when I established my professional licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning and organization company, Kikay’s Cleaning Services LLC; I found my niche!

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and spent the next fifteen years working in all levels of customer service in the hospitality industry. From management, to front desk, to housekeeping, to catering, I excelled with upscale hotel chains including Hilton, Radisson, and Embassy Suites.

Today, I bring my professional enthusiasm and vision directly to you. I welcome all levels of cleaning and organizational projects. Whether you need regular or one-​time services for your apartment, house, or company, I look forward to making your space shine and exceeding your expectations. Relief is just a phone call away. I would highly recommend them for anything and everything! Karen is so nice she gives you suggestions on how to reorganize, keep clean and even organizes your things to work more efficiently for you! She even noticed some of my sliver wear and pots weren’t as clean as they should be and put them in the dishwasher for me! Six hours later and all the dust is gone. My kitchen and bathroom is perfectly spotless! My living room lets in a large amount of dust and it is all gone! Can not wait until Karen and her employees come back in two months she truly goes above and beyond what is listed on her sheet!

I let my husband choose the service for our move out cleaning as I had been traveling to and from Minnesota for my dying mother and did not have the time or energy to clean our rental prior to move out. Karen assured us that they had great a great reputation for getting deposits back and would clean in places I didn’t even expect, inside the oven, behind the oven and refrigerator, which they did and we could tell it definitely had not been done prior to our move in. They were very thorough. To add icing on the cake, my husband was stuck loading all our things and Karen was kind enough to book the day of load up. My husband didn’t know what to do with a bamboo plant my Mom had given us and asked Karen if she wanted it and she promised she would take care of it. Unfortunately, the hanging frame meant much more to me with my Mom’s recent passing than he anticipated (caused quite a few tears) and he contacted Karen who was happy to ship it to us. Karen goes above and beyond expectations. I only wish we could have brought her and her team with us to MN!

Extremely happy with Kikay Cleaning service. It’s owner-​operated so they are professional, meticulous, and thorough – we have been impressed and satisfied with the results.
They are flexible and we have had no problems scheduling cleanings with the frequency that we find works best for us. It’s a real pleasure to be able to come home to a sparklingly clean apartment!

We’ve been using Kikay’s Cleaning Services for a few months now and have been very happy with them. With two young kids that can make a huge mess, our house is often not very clean. After they leave our place is virtually spotless and far cleaner than I could ever make it.
On the rare occasion we have had to reschedule our monthly cleaning that hasn’t been an issue at all. We are very happy with our service and have recommended them to friends as well.

I was given a Unilocal voucher for cleaning services as a Christmas gift and these guys were awesome. They gave the place a very intensive cleaning from top to bottom. The house really needed it after having been rented to college students for 10 years.

Karen showed up on time and cleaned the spaces I wanted clean, I was happy with the work she performed and she separates her self from other cleaning agencies in that she is more organized with how she communicates what is being cleaned and how frequent she should clean. Also and of great importance, she cleaned my house for a reasonable price, I am excited for my next clean!

Karen and Jason are fabulous!
She is an efficient tornado, sweeping up dirt and clutter, and carefully spitting out spotless surfaces, items, and drawers. In addition to being a whiz at cleaning and organizing, Karen was so friendly and comfortable to be around. She took the time to speak with me in detail on the phone about what kind of assistance I needed, and offered to meet with me in-​person beforehand as well. As a single woman, I so valued her understanding that I wanted to be comfortable with having both Karen and her partner Jason (her right-​hand man who mainly handles garbage and floors) in my home. Of course, they were wonderful and I felt completely at-​ease having them both take care of my space and my things.
I had been dreading having company over because my home was completely out of hand. But Karen whipped it into shape and I look forward to having her back in the future to help with additional organizational needs and regular cleaning. She really does have a quick eye for how to make storage more efficient (including reorganizing my spices and even folding my bathroom towels so they take up less space).
