I believe that I am uniquely qualified to work with clients from the psychological perspective and medical aspects of mental health. My licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Clinical Social Worker ensures you of my extensive studies and dedication to the highest standards and ethics. I work collaboratively with clients to facilitate a return back to optimal functionability.

I work with anxiety disorders, depression, anger problems, unresolved trauma, communication difficulties, ADHD, ADD, parenting, relationship difficulties, bi-​polar and other mood disorders, grief, loss, divorce, and life transitions. Medication management is also utilized when warranted.

I am board certified to work with adults, children and adolescents. I have certification in Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) as well as Advanced Therapist in Hypnotherapy

History

Established in 1998.

Graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelors in Social Science then pursued a Masters in Social Work at PSU. Returned back to school acquiring a Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Having these advanced degrees affords me the ability to see mental health from the psychological, medical, and spiritual perspectives.
