Every time we order and have Grubhub deliver it’s wrong and there manager at night is rude she won’t admit she made a mistake on the order

Horrible service. The poor manager was running around trying to manage the whole place on her own with 2 new front employees that were slugs! We waited for 16 minutes for a 3 meal order when there were only 4 orders on the reader. It was so disheartening to see the two new employees literally drag their feet and not even pick up their own necks to do a job… just laziness. And the place was filthy too boot! Never going back and emailing pics and experience to corporate.

Wow wow how slow can you get? It took 15 minutes to move 4 cars just so we can order then 10 minutes to get our food.
Would a $ 15 minimum wage inspire them to work faster? They need something to inspire them to get crackin’!

The drive through is very slow. Have you noticed the number of flies recently? They have sticky fly traps hanging from the ceiling loaded with flies stuck to them, you can see this at the drive up window.
Parts of the building need repair and the general manager doesn’t seem to care.

Waited at the drive through with 2 cars in front of me. And it literally took 23 minutes for me to get a coke and some fries… And guess what the forgot to give me a straw. Stay away. This is the kind of McDonald’s where you stop to pee only… And don’t go alone.

Does not accept cards through the drive through at night? Cash only? Been here multiple times and they still keep apologizing that they cant accept cards at night. Is there some kind of illegal operation going on in this place that makes them have to hide the transactions?

Went to Mcdonalds to kill some time and purchased some beverages and planned to use our laptops to finish business while we enjoyed our beverages. After less than 20 minutes we noticed that the outlets were no longer receiving power. We then mentioned this to the on duty staff. The on duty staff informed us they had the manager turn of the power to the outlets so we could not use them. This shows 0 customer appreciation and no desire for customer retention. Would rate 0 if I could.

Went two times with drive-​thru, first time I ordered big mac and got a filet of fish IN a Big Mac box. And second time I ordered dr. pepper and even asked the staff if the one she handed to me was dr. pepper to make sure it was dr.pepper. And she said oh sorry it’s not dr. pepper and switched it to different one. Aaaand it was NOT dr. pepper and it was diet coke.

Horrible food, Terrible Service. Don’t forget you better be on top of your Spanish skills if you want to communicate with there employees!

I should have 5 stars for dealing with these people for a year. This place is extremely discriminatory against me because I want a hashbrown done right. It’s either soaking wet dripping oil or so burn that it crumbles. I wait in line for 10 minutes they have me drive around an wait in the parking lot and for a number 4, it takes 25 minutes extra and there’s No one in line. When my food comes out there’s stuff in it or it’s the wrong order. It’s not hard to have hospitality, that’s what working in a restaurant is all about. Get it together or quit your job if you can’t properly work an easy job. It’s McDonald’s!

By far the worst McDonald’s I have ever went to in my entire life!!! I’m not even going to write down all the stuff that went wrong it would take too long just be warned,

Watch your step! No, this outlet is perfectly safe and well maintained. I mean to watch your step with the crowds of students from nearby Roosevelt High School interested in lunch and maybe some social life (okay probably more social life than lunch). They’re overall a pretty well-​behaved crowd, but it makes for a longer wait at the register while waiting to get just a soda while taking a break on a busy errand day.
This venue is pretty up-​to-​date and it seems to be easy to get in and out of the parking lot. It’s quite clean. The employees are friendly and polite. Not much else to say because it’s a typical McDonald’s, but the soda break was timely and much enjoyed. It’s also right across the street from Peninsula Fred’s and just steps from two bus stops. Definitely works for me when needed.

This is unfortunately the closest McDonald’s to my house. The food is fine, but I’m pretty sure I could go to a sit-​down restaurant and have a full meal in the time it takes to go through the drive thru at this place. It always takes at least 15 minutes to get my food, which is pretty crazy for a «fast» food establishment. Also not sure why they have a second lane, since it’s always closed.

They took all that time to create a second lane for the drive-​thru and now it takes twice as long to get your food. I have seen sooo many times when they should send large orders to the marked parking slots so others could get their meal and be on their way… you know, the way it’s supposed to be!
These folks get the order wrong quite a bit. Kind of feels like management is nonexistent at times.
Only eat there cause there are no other ones close to St Johns.

If your thinking of eating at this McDonalds, quickly punch yourself right in the face! This is exactly what i think of when I think of gross fat food. Recently they remodeled the building but it did nothing for the quality of service or food. Don’t get me wrong I understand were talking about McDonalds here but you have no idea how disgusting this place is. They take for ever to give you the food in the drive through. They consistently have the worst employees who make little to no effort towards the job. I live in the area so I have been to this location many more times than I would have liked. One thing worth mentioning is they ALWAYS get something wrong in your order so be prepared! If you want fast food try anything but this place!

Do not try counter service before 7am. They seemed to be focused on the drive thru. I have had to leave twice in the last 2 weeks after waiting in line with zero attention after several minutes. At least say hi or something.

By far the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to. Been to this McDonalds 12 times and of those 12, 6 times they have got my order wrong. One time I had to wait 15 minutes for a hash brown. At the order screen/​intercom when you order the person on the other end can barely speak English so you are constantly asking them to repeat themselves. Then the screen doesn’t show your order. So it’s a crap shoot if they got it right. In the mornings they don’t even repeat your order to you or tell you the price they just tell you to pull up. So if you go to this McDonalds MAKE SURE you check your bag before you leave the window.

This McDonald’s was recently renovated and its sick. Light up tables and plasmas all over the place. Nice, fast and clean. The only drawback was the price of the Mcdouble was raised thirty cents but that’s not this restaurants fault.
