I’ve had nothing but stellar experiences with the downtown Portland Minuteman!
A little over a year ago I started a small business selling my artwork, and needed to have a lot of posters and greeting cards printed. I contacted Minuteman for a quote, and not only are their prices super competitive, when I picked up my prints I found that the quality outshines all the other places I tried before finding Minuteman. It’s important for my business that with each piece the color is true and the quality is crisp and clear, and that’s been the case with everything I’ve printed there.
Chris has been my contact from the beginning, and he responds right away when I email him with an order. He’s friendly and professional, and always lets me know immediately when my order is ready. When I’m pressed for an order, he does his very best to fit me in, even when they’re busy. If it’s just not possible to squeeze me in, he gives me an honest estimate so I’m not waiting on an order that can’t be met. (I also appreciate that they value all their customers enough not to short change the other orders to fit in a small order, so no hard feelings!)
I just recently moved away from Portland, but I’m still having my orders printed at Minuteman to ensure the consistent quality my customers and I have come to expect. Chris offered to ship my orders to me, so that’s the plan, as I won’t have my work printed anywhere else.
