Fun fun, what a wonderful juice bar that we stumbled upon in the Mississippi area when we were biking around. We had worked up a thirst and hadn’t been able to find anything fresh around, besides beer. A friend had recommended Jen W and I to stop by while we were in town, and we had just happened to find this awesome place amongst a set of food carts.
It’s small like a food cart, but it came with something even better-​a bike! They advertise that they were on Shark Tank and it’s a fairly easy concept. Sustainable fruits and veggies that go into a smoothie. You get your choice (who doesn’t like that?!), you choice of who makes your drink.

I opted for the wonderful blender since I was kind of too drunk for the bike, but the roommate loved it! It’s only about like a couple seconds long, but man is that bike loud when you pedal to the medal and blend away! We both got the Mr. Wonderful (5.75) which has strawberries, dragonfruit, mint, and apple juice! I was so happy with the combination of ingredients because it was so different and diverse, and the apple juice really tones down the acidity that orange juice brings in a drink.
They don’t really do substitutions for drinks-​which is a downer! Jen W. has strawberry allergies and everything on the menu included strawberries. They were nice enough to substitute with frozen mangos (for a fee). It’s a chill concept and with Portland being so bike friendly, this is a perfect addition. Cheers Portland!

Had a green smoothie for dinner. Can’t remember exactly which, but it was just what I needed that day from the weird eating during a week of work travel. I had my smoothie made the conventional way. It still blows me away how much smoothies cost, but if I consider it my dinner, then fine.
Parking in this area tends to be tight, but drive a block or two into the residential areas off Mississippi and you should be fine. This isn’t LA.

Their bowls are amazing! Service was a little slow, but that’s understandable when there is only one person working. I will be back :)

Best smoothies ever! I can add hemp to anything and maca so I’m automatically happy. Super filling smoothies, super sweet people too!

I couldn’t help, but order two different things. 1. I’m a huge acai bowl fan. So naturally, I order one at every new place I go. Moberi’s bowl «Uncle Jesse» is amazing. It has the perfect consistency and flavor. 2. If you order a smoothie, you get to mix it on a bike (seriously?!). Definitely check this place out.

Cool concept! This company was featured on kickstarter and Shark tank. Although it did not gain any investors while on the show, it definitely gained publicity. It’s a pretty standard smoothie stand, with the option to power the blender by biking. You can bike to blend, or have the staff blend your smoothie in the kitchen. I purchased a smoothie here for the experience of biking to blend. The biking itself lasted about 30 seconds. I got the ‘Mr. Wonderful’ smoothie, and it was ok. It wasn’t bad, but wasn’t the best thing I’ve ever had. I acknowledge that the smoothies are very healthy and organic, but I’ve had better tasting pure fruit smoothies. I think it was a great experience, but not sure if I will be back.

Amazing smoothies and ace bowls. Loved Mr. Wonderful smoothie and the Uncle Jesse Bowl. Wonderful customer service and love that we can power our own smoothies! I highly recommend this place!

We walked by this smoothie stand on Mississippi Ave yesterday afternoon to find a girl on a bike pedaling to make her own smoothie. We all decided we wanted to pedal our own smoothies too so we ordered. I ordered their pitaya smoothie that included coconut water and am proud to say I crushed all the ingredient using the power of my legs. Afterwards, my legs felt like jello but I got to enjoy a refreshing and tasty smoothie. I felt like I earned it.
I have never seen this anywhere else but I like this idea and wish other cities could adopt this. Very cool.
BTW, pedaling your smoothie is optional and you can always have them make it for you on a regular blender.

Love this thing they’ve got going here! I mean, you bike and pedal to power the blender for your own smoothie. In just less than a minute you’ve got it! The dragon fruit one and kale mix one was good and tasted fresh (not like Jamba Juice’s frozen fruit taste). Fun and totally Portland.

OMG so good. I’ve been craving the Acai bowls from Hawaii and this place satisfied it! I got the dragonbowl z and the moberi bowl & omg it tasted as good and actually better than the Acai I’ve had in Hawaii. The consistency is perfect! Everything was just perfect

Dear Moberi
I’m sorry I did not discover your amazing acai bowls sooner. Uncle Jesse was delicious (the acai bowl not the beloved TV character– although… but I digress). I loved the fact that the acai base wasn’t overly sweet and had a nice smooth texture and don’t get me started on the peanut butter/​honey drizzle on top– perfect. Sure I would have loved to see more granola and more bananas and it was a bit spendy, but overall you make acai bowls just the way I like them. I was almost able to forget I consumed a huge calorie/​sugar bomb in one quick setting. The menu is a bit small, and I would love to see some pressed juices, however you have a new fan.

Pedal your own tasty smoothie? Sure! Why not!!!

What a wonderful and delicious menu!
There is a smoothie for every different mood I am in, and I love each one. These smoothies and juice options are truly unique. The combinations have been well engineered and I have found that they are consistent with making them.
The acai bowls are just perfect. I love finishing a work out and walking over to satisfy my craving for the elusive acai bowl that doesn’t exist in any other spot In portland. They’re generous with the fruit servings and put a lot of love into every item they serve. I’m happy to wait a few minutes for such deliciousness.

I love living so close to this place! Nothing like a fresh fruit smoothie after a workout or a night of drinking (two very different reasons why a smoothie is important). The staff is friendly enough and I’m always super content!
The only downfall is their acai bowls! They seem to take almost 15 minutes to make, and they aren’t very consistent. As a service worker I completely understand having to «step off the floor» to assemble something, but I’m still confused why it takes so long to churn out one of these bad boys. But 8 $ for a tiny bowl in comparison to Kures 8 $ bowl is enough to make me want to stop indulging in acai here. I understand product is pricy and am all for compostable bowls, but I’m so bummed that I can’t get more bang for my buck!
But we all know, I’ll be back and I’ll still be drinking smoothies and eating acai bowls because convenience + friendliness trumps all.

I had one of the Acai bowls. I was dissapointed.
Yes it could be because I was spoiled by the gigantic Acai bowls that were piled high with organic blueberries and strawberries that I coveted from a Brazilian Café down the street from my house when I lived in Santa Cruz, but seruiously, I was expecting a lot more for my money.
You can’t imagine my excitement when I stumbled across Moberi one day strolling down Mississipi Ave… OMG… I think I even jumped up and down a little.
So why was I dissapointed?
The bowl I ordered came with strawberries, bananas, peanut butter, blueberries and coconut. Sounds amazing right?
For one thing, the cost of the bowll was over 8 bucks!
The disposable bowl it was served in was pretty small, and not even full — they could have definitely fit a lot more in it.
It only had ONE strawberry sliced up on top. ONE STRAWBERRY!
There were 9 blueberries. Yes I counted.
And just a sprinkle of coconut.
Even though the bowl was delicous, I won’t be going back for the Acai bowls. I guess they call it Moberi for a reason. The Acai bowls need way mo berries!
Maybe I will try a smoothie next time. They definitely get a thumbs up for the bike blender!

I had a sample of one of Moberi’s drink at Eat Mobile and it was so refreshing. I went to the cart in search of that smoothie. I remembered it being cucumber and minty in taste. I was describing this to the girl working and she goes it’s probably our Johnny Utah which has kale, mango, lime, mint, agave, and coconut Water. Sure, let’s give it a try. She asked if I wanted to blend my own drink on the bicycle… no. So she did it in the electric blender. That was it!!! Success, very revitalizing!

Awesome smoothies. We had the new addition to their menu: Moose’s tooth with strawberry, apple juice and refreshing mint, it was amazing.
The bike blender is also a very nice touch as you get to make your own smoothie and everyone has some fun at your expense when you are on the bike. But, it is fun.
They are getting rid of the juices in there menu and changing to smoothies completely. This place is definitely worth a stop if you are around. Refreshing stuff.

I actually discovered Moberi through the TV show, «Shark Tank». I just had to visit Moberi because I’m such a Shark Tank nerd.
I had the turtle power smoothie and it was so yummy! It was perfect for a summer day.
Only gripe is the smoothies are pretty pricy. I wish it was a dollar off or even 25cents off if you pedal it! Afterall, you’re saving energy and promoting exercise!

Moberi is a fun smoothie place. The bicycled smoothies are a little of a silly gimmick, but life is too short to be too serious about that. The smoothies are about six dollars, and they end up being served in about 16oz containers.
You go through them quickly. The flavor spread across evenly and consistently, and it was well made, just not exceptional. The only problem is that six dollars is a lot for one drink you will probably finish within four minutes. Overall, the place has good smoothies, but you will find a lot better and cheaper ones as well, especially across Portland.
Moberi’s is a shrug of the shoulder so it is hard to loudly asses.

THIS PLACE IS SO COOL! You get to cycle your own smoothie. Here’s how it works, the base of a blender is fixed onto a stationary bike that will spin the blender blade and there you have it, it’s that easy. I tried their peanut butter protein and their kale/​ginger/​mango smoothies, both were fantastic. The idea of healthy smoothies is nothing new, but Moberi’s concept is more interactive and quirky.
Fun Fact: apparently the bike was pitched to the panel of the popular business show called Shark Tank
