Established in 2007.

Murphy Empire Design has been providing finer graphic design, branding, website design, and marketing services since 2007. Our business was started by Ken Murphy, a Portland, Maine resident and Maine College of Art and Design alumni with a major in Graphic Design and a minor in Fine Arts. The business has been growing ever since we started in 2007, from three clients to hundreds. We are constantly striving to evolve and re-​invent our approach to design, while always maintaining the foundations of our history and experience. Several of our designs has received much local and national award recognition. We love what we do.

Business Owner

Ken Murphy has over twenty years of design and creative experience with extensive knowledge of many design, art and media processes and applications. Ken has a BFA from Maine College of Art and Design, with a major in graphic design and a minor in fine arts.
