This place is great! Chris knows so much about wine it’s scary. Good small eats. Highly recommend.

Hello delicious! I really hope this place sticks around as it has now taken over as my favorite wine bar in PDX. Its cozy, service is excellent, and I loved the wine I had the pleasure of drinking. I enjoyed two generous glasses of tasty French wine(one was $ 8 and the other was $ 11– both totally reasonably priced). There is an extensive list with both bottles and wines by the glass. They had three beers on tap and bottles, as well as sparkling wines. There is a small nosh menu and we enjoyed a really nice cheese platter with three types of cheeses and jams. Can’t recommend this place enough. We will most certainly be back!

Muse is by far the best wine bar on the West side of Portland. Christopher + Tyler are so nice and knowledgeable. The wine list is expansive and fun. I held by 29th birthday here and loved everything they did for me — from a custom flight to plating a dessert, they took care of the 20+ group with ease.

So happy this place opened up in the NW — Walking distance from mis casa! Muse Winebar has an excellent dimly lit ambiance to enjoy vino with a hot date or with friends. Their selection of wine is extensive and their bartenders/sommeliers are very helpful and knowledgeable on what to order. Tastings are on the pricey side for Portland($ 25 for a flight), but be warned that the pours are steep!

I love their choice of wines by the glass. I have plenty of pinot noir at home, and enjoy trying different wines. The staff is quite knowledgeable, and very friendly. I like the atmosphere too. The selection of cheeses is also top-notch. My first visit was last weekend, and I’ll definitely be back.

Came with a couple of my girlfriends and simply fell in love with this place. The ambiance was wonderful — warm, cozy, yet upscale and classy. They have a tremendous wine list with some very unique reds that my besties and I tasted — ok, maybe a bit too much! My favorite was the Chilean red, wish I could recall the name. The staff was great. They had a perfect balance of personality, and attentitiveness without being overbearing and intruding in our girlfriends night out. look forward to coming back in the future and enjoying some new wine experiences.

We were introduced to this little place by friends who are regulars. It was a great place for our little group to spend time catching up, and my husband and I had a wonderful time chatting with one of the owners(Christopher) once they left to make it to dinner reservations. Atmosphere was intimate yet chill and cozy. Had some really nice wine.(And this place also has a small selection of beer and cider.) Christopher was nice enough to open a few bottles and let us try before we committed to a(dryish red) dolcetto. He also shared some tips/recommendations about area wineries to check out. It’s a little out of my way, but still only about a 20 – 25 min walk from home. Would love to go back and eat my way around their cheese plates.

Exactly what we were looking for! Visiting family and stumbled on Muse. Intimate, warm and the wine selection is amazing.

Would give this a 5 except for the prices are high for small pours. 10 $ for a glass is no big deal, except the pour was like 75% of a true glass. But great selection, good service, especially of old world wines.

We’ve been back, and they haven’t disappointed! We love this place. Can’t beat the atmosphere or super friendly owners. Also, tried their chocolates; superb! Can’t wait to bring friends here.

This is a gem of a wine bar. So nice to have a place close in that serves delicious wines and cheeses! Our server was an expert in the wines and cheeses available/pairing. Seriously, the cheese is amazing. The vibe is homey and the selection of nibbles and wine is perfect. Not pretentious at all. Will be back for sure!

What a wonderful, relaxed place to just converse. My fiancé and I enjoyed a wonderful evening here. Our bartender, Christopher, was so knowledgeable and approachable. We tried wines we normally wouldn’t have selected at his recommendation and were not disappointed. Their selection felt very heavy on wines from Spain and France, with quite a few blends. Everything we tried was delicious. We will definitely be going back and will be bringing friends to also experience.

Full disclosure: I know one of the owners. That being said, this is an absolute gem of a place to relax and throw back a glass of wine… or two. I would describe the spot as cozy and intimate. Not too cozy that you’re up in your neighbor’s conversation but a nice sized, warm space that exudes a calmness one welcomes after a long day at work. I’ve tried their rose flight which resulted in me ordering my fav of the group and I’m now working my way from the top of the reds menu. All have been delicious and thoughtfully explained to me… which is important since I still choose my wine from the store based on the prettiest label.

My husband and I came here for a date night and had such a fun time! The owners are so knowledgeable and provided several options for us to consider based on our preferences. We split a bottle of wine, bread and olive oil, a tasty cheese plate, and a chocolate plate — perfect! This place feels like a best kept secret but I’m sure it won’t be for long. Can’t wait to go again!

Even among all of the choices of places to drink in Northwest Portland, we definitely need more cozy quaint wine bars. Very cozy friendly space & excellent wine :)

This place was such a great spot! It was so cozy and warm inside, and the whole feel was earthy yet sophisticated. My two companions and I each got the rosé flight, which was passionately described to us by our server. The flight features 3 glasses with a nice pour for $ 10. I ended up ordering a full glass of 1 of the 3. Overall, the experience here was overwhelmingly positive.
