Specialties
A favorite neighborhood spot, Vintner’s Cellar of Oregon is the best wine bar and small winemaker in Portland. Stop by for a small plate, a pizza, and, of course, some wine!
Open for lunch and dinner daily, our menu ranges from fresh salads to sandwiches and our popular bagel crust pizzas. All of our food is made from scratch and we make it a point to support local growers and producers. Our menu features monthly and seasonal specials so ask what’s new when you stop by! We offer happy hour Monday through Sunday from 3 – 6:30pm featuring red, white, and rose by the glass at a steep discount as well as plates from $ 3-$ 5. Gluten free or vegan? We have special items for you too!
Our friendly service is here to recommend great wines. We offer sample sizes so that you can discover new tastes or fall back to old classics. An urban winery, we offer winemaking sessions where you can create your own blend and customize a label. Ask us for more details when you’re here!
We look forward to welcoming you!

Meet the Business Owner
Norman J.
Business Owner
Norman J. has been in the restaurant industry for pretty much his entire life! After 25 years in the restaurant and hospitality distribution business in N. California, Norman’s interest in wine and bringing together people in a social environment led him to follow his dream and open Vintner’s Cellar of Oregon where people can come, socialize, and unwind. Picking the perfect location between the high density Pearl District and the affluent Nob Hill, we settled on the perfect space and opened our doors April of 2012. He loves being able to treat his guests as he would like to be treated and is especially excited to be able to serve wine made right on the premises. He invites you to stop by for a meal or some winemaking soon!
