As a former professional dancer I understand the physical as well as the emotional aspect one experiences when it comes to dealing with pain and body maintenance. Starting at a young age I began doing massage for my family and received massage throughout my dance career. Naturally I became a massage therapist because I know that bodywork and self care techniques helped me as a dancer and continues to help me in my work as a massage therapist.

I am versed in many different modalities and blend techniques to effectively cater to individual needs. Some techniques used are deep tissue, acupressure, trigger point, reflexology, swedish, lymphatic drainage, energy work, and gentle stretches. Bodywork not only helps to relieve physical symptoms, but it also helps to balance and connect the physical, mental, and emotional parts of the body. Along with bodywork, I implement techniques for stress reduction, pain management, and injury prevention to educate and provide lasting results.
