History

Established in 1986.

Napier and Company was formed in 1986 by Tom Napier. Tom has since retired from public accounting but is active in his own new business that provides business valuation services. Since 1986, Napier and Company has grown to twelve employees. We service many different types of clients including many closely held businesses. Our CPA’s, financial advisors and para-​professionals are trained to meet your various tax, accounting and financial reporting needs. Through a cooperative network, we are also set up to access many other professionals. Our primary concern is that you are provided excellent professional service for all of your compliance, accounting, bookkeeping and consulting needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Mary C.

Business Owner

Mary started in public accounting in 1990. She has a background in servicing the personal and business tax needs of the small business owner. In addition, she also carries the credentials of a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS, a designation for CPA’s only). These credentials help her to have expanded financial conversations with clients to address their overall financial planning questions and concerns.

Mary is an active member in the community serving as the District Treasurer for Rotary as well as a member of the Tualatin Chamber of Commerce.

Outside of work, she enjoys planning and traveling with her husband, Michael, reading and real estate investing.
